Love the staff and the quality of the wash. However the system is always acting up. Seems like everything i have to swipe my card, or the scanner is not scanning the bar code. Also I receive random text messages from what maybe them asking to update my profile. But no link, no information, nothing. I have been hearing the they sold yet again to another company and thats why all the IT stuff isn't working. Come on whoever owns you now, fix it up. Get the convenience of being a member back up and working.

Turned off the wash and only 1/4 my car wash out. If you didn’t want to stay past 8pm then tell me so I don’t get half done job. Already turned off the vacuums and closed up the cleaners. Cancelling now.

After going through the car wash I pulled over to the vacuums. The one I pulled up to wasn't suctioning well. The attendant came out and changed the motor while I cleaned the inside. By the time I was done so was he. So, I was able to vacuum my car without having to move it. Thanks so much!

I had a really bad experience at this car wash because of one particular worker. He’s the oldest guy working there and drives a white car. From the moment I pulled up, his attitude was negative and unprofessional. He seemed annoyed to even be there and acted like helping customers was a problem instead of part of his job.
There was very little communication, and when I tried to ask questions, he came off dismissive and uninterested. The service felt rushed and careless, like he just wanted to get it done without actually paying attention to the quality of the wash. When you’re paying for a service, you expect at least some level of professionalism, but that was completely missing.
I also believe he may be the assistant manager, which makes the situation even more concerning. If someone in a leadership role is representing the business this way, it reflects poorly on the entire operation.
His body language and tone made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It honestly felt like customer satisfaction didn’t matter at all. One employee like this can easily ruin the experience and make people not want to return. Management should really address this issue because it reflects poorly on the entire business. I definitely won’t be coming back if this is the type of service customers are going to receive.
