  Dylan and the tech were kind, knowledgeable, professional and very informative about my venue and the needs for filter changes and type of oil to get. Service was quick and convenient also. Highly recommend.

  My oil change today was AWESOME. I did not know much about my car previously, but I know NOW. The crew at 4 pm on Friday June 12th taught me what I need to know in order for my car to last a lifetime.

  My experiences have always been very pleasant when getting my oil changes at this location. The staff consistently take the time to explain everything clearly and never make me feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services. Dylan was especially helpful, professional, and courteous during my most recent visit. I truly appreciate their kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service. Because of experiences like these, I will continue using the Columbia Avenue location for my vehicle maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

  Jackson Carnes served us and did a great job. He was quick, friendly and when I left I knew the job was done correctly. The shop was clean. Perhaps the cleanest oil stop I have ever seen. The oil change was very needed and we were traveling away from our home near Greenville. So despite a bunch of other oil places nearby I chose Strickland because I like the shop in Easley and I had to go with a trusted location. Furthermore it was less expensive that a 5 min. I saw. Also my oil windshield tag have us $5 off. Then Jackson was super helpful -- even making sure our oil change reminder light was reset. I had to have peace of mind driving away and I got it!

  Jackson completed my oil change today. The Full Inspection Service I’m also due for when getting my oil change was not completed. I watched a car in the bay next to me get their full service inspection, including Exterior Lighting Inspect, etc… and I received nothing. He flew through the oil change, checked me out and I watched him click “check complete” for each element of the inspection he did not do. This is my third oil change at this location and the first I’ve experienced such poor service. For the price I paid, I did not receive the service I was due. Jackson could use some service training and better customer support skills.
