Been going to this location for a while and had no problems now that it’s under new management I will not be back after the experience I just had with the new staff and management while I was having my car serviced the manager kept answering personal phone calls walking away and the staff was playing on their phones the manager and staff proceeded to talk to me like I new nothing about my vehicle they messed with components to my car that had no correlation to getting a oil change they released air from my tires causing me to have to put air in my tires upon leaving the location I had to top off my own coolant due to them opening the coolant reservoir while my car was running I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and be keeping a close eye on my vehicle and if any other issues arise since taking my car to Strickland I will be contacting a lawyer for property damage

Hello all! Kareem, our claims adjuster and I wanted to give a quick shout out for Dylan. Awesome service advisor! Very professional, kind and easy to work with. Had a claim for a quick, but important oil change (life blood for the car! Don't forget your oil changes!) and Dylan was on it! Phenomenal customer service!

Amber Gilliam was amazing from beginning to end. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her communication and customer service were outstanding, and she made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciated her help and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

I came to the sunset location this morning around 845am, the staff were quick to greet me, explained the process clearly and got me in and out quickly. They are very knowledgable, competent, and were a pleasure to work with! My techs were Dillon and Malcom, if I remember correctly. Very pleasant interactions, great prices, and clearly well trained staff who knew how to communicate and work with each other very well. I recommend them for any oil changes or other services, I will be using the company again in the future.
