- KNKristian Niemi2 days ago5.0I have been to MANY QTs over the past few years and have to give them an overall 5-star review. Is every one of them perfect? Not by a long shot. Food can be inconsistent and areas of some stores may need to be cleaned and/or fixed (slushy machines, coffee area), etc, but that’s rare and usually a result of the area it’s in and the quality and quantity of competent staff. BUT OVERALL, I will pull into a QT before any other gas station. You can’t go wrong with a soft-serve cone with a quart of goodness balancing atop a cone! Reading some of these 1-star reviews is hilarious, especially the ones who say they used to LOVE QT. Scrolling back, I can’t seem to see where they posted a review to praise the ones they seem to have loved. They have one lousy experience and jump on here to leave a bad review. That’s NOT how you review a chain. If you want to call out a certain one without throwing the rest of the places under the bus, IDENTIFY which one you’re having issues with, or better yet, TALK to the manager of the one you’ve got a problem with. Just sayin’

Came back and was told they would not be opening the kitchen for a while because they were short staffed. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It was a waste of my time and gas. There were four workers behind the counter. Contacted customer service to file a complaint. They offered a generic apology , no accountability, the same excuse, and a small gift if I was willing to provide my address. I declined the free gift. I don't have a problem with paying for my items. However, I refuse to return somewhere with poor customer service as there seemed to be no measures taken for corrective actions. The whole experience shows the culture of the company.
