He resolved our issue and had our vehicle ready in the amount of time he had stated when we dropped it off. We have been to this location before and he helped us then also.
- SAStephen AskewAug 14, 20261.0Took my Tesla in for a nail in my tire and when I got it back the car is now unable to drive. When you press the gas pedal the car vibrates and shakes. And of course they don’t want to take accountability for it. Said I would have to pay for it to get towed and pay for a rental car for the next week or two until Tesla can look at it. The manager and staff are unwilling to help. Do not use them!!!

I came in with a tire going flat, I was just coming from the Blood Connection, having just given blood, Immediately I was given a chair to sit on as I was feeling faint. Upon checking out & finding my problem , a nail was the cause. I was having some banking problems so I asked if the could just put air in my tire so I could get home. Another gentleman waiting for his car to be finished , stepped up and out my tire repairs on his bill. That was wonderful , paying it forward like that. Everything was fine with your company as they complied. I bought my tires in Bedford, Texas and they also were very good.
