  Dealing with The team at sunset mavis was wonderful dom and Najjar were very nice to me and took care of my car in a timely manner

  This location of Mavis is always extremely helpful. I arrived at 5:15 and needed to get my balance checked. They close at 6 and there were other cars there. They checked me in and did the service. I was leaving by 10 till 6.

  if wasn't for the manager there i will never go back to any of this places since the last time they did the alignment to my vehicle that was really a bad experience they got my tag number wrong so my vehicle came with a different year it was such a bad day,until the manager in there help the lady to fix the problem,also he offered me a free oil chamge for all the trouble ,wich is why am leaving this review hopefully ill consider going back to service my other vehicles there lets see how they keep doing and hope they get better on paying attention to small details that can put you on a bad day amd stress

  Had a tire that just wouldn’t hold pressure. Dave came out and looked. Said with such a long time to lose psi I need to ‘dunk’ it to really check. He did and found the tiny little item causing the issue. Repaired the leak and I was on my way! Thanks Dave!!

  I had an excellent experience with Mavis Tire and Brake this past Saturday. I was in a tough spot, driving on worn-out tires and needing replacements before a trip on Monday. Despite a busy weekend schedule, Don and Chris went out of their way to fit me in and take care of everything promptly. They worked directly with my company’s fleet service to secure a high-quality, high-mileage set of tires, which made the process seamless on my end. In addition, they performed a front-end alignment that resolved what I initially thought was a bent rim, saving me from a potentially unnecessary repair. They also replaced both my front and rear wiper blades, which were long overdue. This isn’t my first time using this Mavis location, and once again they delivered. On a previous visit, they corrected a tire balance issue caused by another shop with less experienced staff. Don, Chris, and their team consistently provide knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing reliable automotive care.
