  DONT GO HERE, my sister and my mother went here for a simple oil change and regular service appointment on a car with 60k miles, pretty new. The mechanic told her that her brand new windshield wipers were bad, her tires that had 2/3 life left in them need to be replaced and refused to rotate them b/c of it, did an alignment, and said two shocks needed to be replaced. Also said that brand new brakes, needed to be replaced along with rodors, and quoted 1700 dollars. They Tried to charge her 250 dollars for the original service, I brought it to discount tire down the road they scanned the car and did a regular service inspection and said the tires were fine, and that the car was in regular condition for the mileage. If your a women or child don’t go here they try to take advantage of you, only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because the manager ended up only charging her 99 dollars for the inconvenience. The service mechanic also lied about telling my sister what needed to be replaced when he was called out and refused to give her the original quote he had made. They also waited 1 hour for said mechanic to drive to advance and buy a windshield wiper, like what type of service is that. Should be ashamed to have someone like that working for them. Save your money and bring it a better shop.

  This is such a great tire shop! They had the tire already in stock that I needed, very spacious clean waiting area. The workers are very professional and knowledgeable. They also showed me the physical part of my car needing replacement which helped me feel a good sense of trust. Also very friendly staff- Cassie at the front desk is amazing!!

  Cassie at the front desk was so kind along with the technician that worked on my car. I was frazzled because of a flat tire and they made everything easy and told me my price options. Excellent service!

  Johnny Robinson was fantastic — thank you! My 83-year-old mother and I were traveling from Aiken, SC to Milford, CT when, not long after getting onto I-20, our check engine light came on and the engine suddenly lost power. We exited the highway and stopped at Mavis Tire, where Johnny helped reset the codes and got us safely back on the road. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us helpful advice along the way. We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism he showed two damsels in distress. Thank you again, Johnny, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  Johnny n Cassie were absolutely fantastic..so professional and knowledgeable..they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of..I highly recommend using the Mavis at 910 East main st..
