  The store manager Cassandra is very very helpful and they have the most affordable prices that I've seen definitely would recommend 10/10

  I have been going to Mavis tires for years, booked an appointment like I always do online and had a family member there to pick me up when I dropped my car off. When I got there for my scheduled appointment they stated they could not see it on their end and they were booked up for the day and couldn't get me in. So I said ok and happily drove right behind them to Midas tires where they were extremely nice, got me in immediately as a walk in and had me done in an hour. Their prices are actually better as well.

  Very helpful, was able to get tires that fit in stock so I didn’t have to wait for delivery and get my work done at the time and not have to come back later!!!

  I noticed a large bubble on my right front tire, so I called the Hwy 378 store. Cassie said the team would have it fixed in less than an hour, and they did exactly that. Fast, friendly, and they kept their word. Thank you.

  I used to take all of my vehicles to Mavis before the former manager left to open his own shop. Since that shop is closed on Sundays, I decided to give Mavis another try today. All I needed was to have the valve stems replaced on my boat trailer tires. I had already removed the wheels and brought them in because one valve stem was leaking badly and would no longer hold air. Unfortunately, my experience at the front counter was extremely disappointing. The older gentleman with gray hair who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the interaction. He spoke to me as if I were a child, was overly animated, and repeatedly used hand gestures in a way that came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. The interaction became so unpleasant that I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. Perhaps he was simply having a bad day, but regardless of the reason, I will not return to this location. There are too many other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with courtesy and respect. For a national chain, I would expect a much higher standard of customer service and employee training. This experience fell well short of those expectations.
