  I had a flat tire late in the day that needed a patch. I was greeted by Wayne and Jonathan and was able to get my patch done before closing. As a territory rep, I'm in my car all day and need it to do what I require of it, and flat tires don't help. I was able to get the patch, drive home and get back on the road this morning. Thank you Wayne and Jonathan for your help!

  Thank you Mavis team of Lexington. I’m from the Upstate and had my front passenger run-flat tire go flat. The team was attentive & helpful on a Sunday. While the tire had to be special ordered, they got the job done timely and allowed me to pick up my car at a later date since I had to travel back to the Midlands for retrieval. Cassie & the team was nice enough to leave my car in a bay so it was secure for the week as well as hold onto the tire for me so I could see the damage. Stellar service…thanks again!

  Wayne helped me twice in just a couple of days. He’s very friendly and he knows what he’s talking about. He was honest and upfront about everything. I’ll come back here from now on when I need something for my car!

  They pay an answering service to lie to their customers. I called the local shop near my house Sunday morning to ask if they had availability to fix a slow air leak in a tire. The guy said “absolutely, we have an opening at noon today.” I took the appt and brought my truck in about 10 till noon. The shop manager tells me they’re completely booked for the day and Tuesday is the earliest he can see me. I explained that I had just called up there and was told they had an opening. That’s when he told me that was their answering service I spoke with and not anyone there at the shop. Do not call for an appointment, you have to physically go there to speak with someone on-site.

  Consistently great service. I emphasize consistently because they've provided great service for my wife and I on several occasions. The first time was at around 5 PM on a Sunday. They were in the process of closing, and we had just discovered a leak in one of our tires. It was a problem, because we were leaving on a long road trip the next morning. Instead of just telling us they were already closed (which they were), they brought the car in, put it on a lift, and spent over half an hour tracking down the leak (which was wire-thin and very hard to find). Who provides that kind of service anymore? The next time we pulled in early one morning because a tire was low on air. They hadn't yet opened, but the free air pump in their parking lot wasn't working. Wayne, who was opening up inside, came out and asked if he could help. He then stopped everything else that he was doing, pulled out an air line from inside the garage, and made sure all of our tires were properly inflated. This past weekend, we brought the same vehicle in for an oil change. They went over the entire vehicle as well, pointed out several things to keep an eye on, but DIDN'T try to sell us anything we didn't need. We went ahead and bought some windshield wipers (which were pretty old). I bought them not because I couldn't have gotten them cheaper somewhere else and installed them myself, but because based on how they've treated us, I wanted to give them the business. Once again, it was Wayne who helped us out.
