- VMVinn MMay 12, 20262.0Well, I went to these guys back in February 1. I took my wife’s car. Got it done ASAP since I can no longer do the oil changes myself following week. I took my vehicle in for an oil change paid for no problems did an outstanding job so I thought! Fast forward today, May 12, 2026 check on my wife’s car the other day I know something peculiar her antifreeze was empty in her overflow bottle? So I filled it up and I checked her oil on her oil was fine. Still trying to figure out why her antifreeze empty that was never mentioned to me when we took it into those guys in February so I decided to look at my truck. Hi antifreeze bottle was empty almost as well and they overfilled my engine oil by a quart and a half wth ! That explains why I’ve been getting lousy, gas mileage why my truck developed the miss very disappointing that he would overfill it by court and a half? Planning on calling them today for somebody to talk to the main boss about this matter that’s not acceptable. I just hope it damage my engine so if anybody goes there to get your oil changed, I would recommend prior to leaving shut your engine off and let it sit and then check it yourself before you pull out. I don’t have an older truck it’s a 2023 bronco it’s only 10,000 11,000 miles on it now there’s no excuse for that. The motor cost more than the oil change. Three pictures before I drain the oil what they had in it versus draining the oil that’s in the jug to what it should look like on the dipstick

I went in last week to order a tire and Mr. Jimmy was very kind and had patience to order me the right tire and even went to pick it up for me to make sure it wasn’t delayed any longer than needed. I’ll be definitely coming back to this location again . Also , Logan answered the phone with a smile I can see through the phone when I first called a few weeks ago and guided me through the business hours and etc . Don’t hesitate to come here :)
