  I used to come to this location all the time. Then about 2 years ago (2024) I had an issue after an oil change and the check engine light stayed on and then my oil light would come on when I would come to a stop or when the car was idling. I returned with the vehicle and they couldn't understand why this was happening and wouldn't help fix something that was clearly their mistake because this never happened before this oil change. Fast forward to Sept 29, 2026. I returned to give them another chance after learning that they were under new management and hearing such great things about Amber and Shauna. I arrived 30 mins before closing and they took me without any hesitation. I explained everything that happened in 2024 to Shauna and Amber and why I never came back until now. They listened to all of my concerns, they understood frustrations and they explained every step and process that they wanted to do to get this problem resolved. We did an engine flush and a oil change. Not even 24 hours after the engine flush and oil change, the check engine light and the oil light went off and has stayed off. I couldn't be happier! Needless to say, I returned today (10/3/26) to have 4 new tire put on my car. I used to be afraid to drive my car with my 2 year old son because I thought something bad was going to happen with the check engine light and oil light being on all the time and for so long. Shauna and Amber have gone above and beyond to make things right from 2 years and now. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else going forward. They have definitely turned things around for this location and it shows! Thank you both so much! Teressa, Clint and baby J

  A huge S/O to this location. The manage Shonda and all her staff that took the time to fix my oil pan ! Professional and great service! I know I called to check on my vehicle everyday they had it, and they were polite each time ! I recommend people in the area to try it out you will not be disappointed ❤️

  Let’s talk about my experience with the Redbank location. First I dropped my vehicle off Friday Aug. 28 at 7 am to have the turbo replaced and to replace my front cv axles. I get a call around 11 to tell me how much and how long it would take. I was then told it would be ready Saturday Aug. 29. I go up there Saturday around 1 to see how things are going and was told the mechanic, Kyson was having issues lining up the oil feed line. Cool not a problem, I leave. MY mother gets a call around 3:45-4:00 to say I needed a clamp and that it wouldn’t be there until Monday afternoon. I didn’t like that because this is my ride to work. So I go on the hunt for this clamp, I go to Advance auto to see if they have it to find out this has been going on for over 2 hours and I’m just now finding out about it. And on top of that I found out they had to replace hoses that the mechanic broke and NO ONE contacted me about that either. So I’m mad. They get the clamp and I’m still told it wouldn’t be ready until the following Monday and that it should only take about 2 hours. So I call back Monday morning to get an update and I’m told they’re working on it and it should only be about an hour and a half to two hours. Cool. Call 4 and a half hours later and get told the same thing. I get off at 5 pm and go up there and have a talk with the mechanic to see what was going on and communication. They agreed to keep me updated and failed. I get a call after they close to tell me the turbo I ordered was THE WRONG part. Why did it take 3 days to find that out? So I had to order another one and it takes about a week to come in. I get it on Tuesday Sept 8 but right before they close so I get told they’ll work on it Wednesday. I call back Wednesday to find out they don’t even have a mechanic that day. So I call back on Thursday and at this point I’m just getting attitudes from the manager and the run around. Still isn’t ready. I call back on Friday and again I’m greeted with ATTITUDE and was told “I don’t know when your car will be ready, we will call you when it’s ready” now I’ve been SUPER PATIENT and I haven’t been disrespectful not once. So I hang up before I lose my cool. I call around to get the DM’s number and was told to leave my name and number and he will get back to me. Not too long after that MY MOTHER gets a call from the manager of this location saying the DM has banned me from the premises. And for what? They have my vehicle, all I’ve done is call asking for updates on my vehicle and that’s it. So I am LIVID at this point. And that’s all I heard about it. They proceeded to tell my mother all that was left to do was add coolant, burp it, and the alignment. So Saturday Sept 12. around 5 pm I get a call from my mom saying my vehicle was ready to go so I needed to send her the money to pay for it. I asked how much and when I heard I asked why. They charged me for 2 extra hours than what I was promised, and for studs and lug nuts I never even knew about. So I said I wasn’t paying the lug nuts and studs I didn’t give permission to be replaced. They removed it. So I finally have my car back. Barely 48 hours later on my way to work (luckily I hadn’t left me neighborhood yet) my car is ACTING UP. Sounds horrible, smells horrible and to top it off I can’t drive it. The vehicle will not move. My husband had to turn around and push it into a parking spot because again it will not drive, won’t even reverse. So I finally received a phone call from the DM the same day this happened (Monday Sept 14th) and told him everything. Which he had no freaking clue about and was confused why the manager was using his name for things like this. Anyway he told me to send it to the Ballentine location (they were amazing) to find out the clamp that connects it to the transmission for my cv axle wasn’t connected so my axle broke and I was POURING transmission fluid. It is now Thursday Sept 17th and I FINALLY have my vehicle back and running. And I have yet to hear from this location with an apology or anything of that matter. So I do not recommend this location.

  I've come to this location quite a few times for tires but now I'm second guessing this place. I'm leaving this review for my mother who came in because her tire light kept coming on after putting air in the tire. She came here to get a quote for that 1 tire, she thought it was a little bit to high but they also told her the other 3 were dry rotted and not to hit any pot holes etc. She went to Mavis up the road they replaced the tire for less and also told her the other 3 tires had 50% thread life. So why was she told a complete lie by you all? You've lost two customers. Trying to rip people off for a sale is crazy.
