  My Lexington, SC Enterprise office staff is just the best! They provided a Chevy Traverse that was just perfect for our trip to Greensboro, NC and back. The young gentleman has been great to me for this and a previous rental experience and I know I will go to Enterprise again for future transportation needs. Thank you Lexington, SC Main Street Enterprise!

  Numerous times I’ve picked up rentals from the same location and have been disappointed with the cleanliness at pick up. Dirty inside windows, liquid marks on seats and dirty cargo areas are a common problem at my pick up location. Please do better preparing vehicles for the next customer since I return rentals cleaner that when I pick them up.

  Not getting a ride back to my vehicle is sad. There are 4 or 5 employees working and one other person picking up a car. And they are too busy to take me to my truck. Lazy people don’t want to work. Y’all need to do better. This is not ok. I had to call a ride. This is not okay enterprise. So better or get better employees!!!!

  Worst experience ever! I’ve already been inconvenienced enough by the fact that someone hit my car and it’s in the shop. The LEAST enterprise could do would be to make the experience simple and easy…instead they tell you the only appointments they have are at 8 am. They REFUSE to come pick you up. I ended up just canceling my appointment because the hassle just wasn’t worth it.

  Got overcharged for fuel on a one-way rental. Fuel level 9/16 at pickup and 3/4 (=12/16) at drop off. Got charged $30 for fuel recharge. Never called me back for updates. Be aware.
