Just have your license & credit card and xtra $300 for a deposit hold (they do that as a just in case you tear there car up hold) but within 5min of returning the car , the money is credited back - if they could teach retailers how to do that , the world would be a better place. Oh they are always busy so show up a lil early , dont be a karen and youll get your rental & be on your way - the team up front are friendly knowledgeable & do their best to accommodate you & get you down the road - be mindful ppl are waiting behind you so have your shit together dont be hem hawing around & get your ride & get outa the way and you will have a great day & a great rental experience!

Honestly I could probably find cheaper rentals but it’s hard to find such caring and professional individuals like them. As long as they’re at enterprise car rental I’ll always choose enterprise every time.

Only 1 guy at the counter who has been outside now for almost 20min. Phone has been ringing nonstop with no one answering… Insane. The guy at the counter is doing the best he can too like he was running around like crazy trying to help people, just too short staffed.
