Store itself is fine, but the customer service is awful. Everyone working there seems to do the bare minimum every time I visit. Probably won’t be coming back to this location, both stores next to it are way more professional and often go above and beyond to help out. Can’t say the same thing about this autozone.

UPDATE: Both the store manager and area manager reached out to me, apologized and reimbursed the diagnostic fee I was charged from the shop. I really appreciated that! Terrible customer service at this store. Car died two days in a row, 6 year old battery engine smelled like sulphur but they refused to put in a new battery for me because it was testing “good”. Had to bring it to a shop where surprise I need a new battery costing me almost $200 more.

After O’Reilly Auto Parts next door told me they couldn’t install my battery because of “liability,” but were happy to sell me one and send me somewhere else to have it installed, I walked into AutoZone hoping for a better answer. Tommy laughed when I explained what happened, told me they could absolutely take care of it, and had a new battery installed in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process incredibly easy. The difference in customer service between the two stores was night and day. Because of Tommy, AutoZone has earned a loyal customer. Thank you for making what started as a frustrating experience so easy! Tommy’s the best!
