She went by and ask what it would cost to change her oil they said $80 and agreed to that but when she went into pay for she handed them her card and when they handed her receipt it was for $150!! She ask what happened to the $80 quote and they said her SYSTEM needed to be flushed. They didn’t ask if she wanted it done they just charged her for it and didn’t mention it before they ran her card. I just found out what they did to her when she called me saying oil had leaked out all over the drive way at her RENTAL apartment. Come to find out they didn’t tighten her drain plug and it had come loose and spilled 41/2 qts on the driveway. I have called their number numinous times for the last week and all I get is this conversation will be recorded and sends to to a team member who NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE !!! The only reason they get 1 star is because 0 is not an option!!!! DO NOT THAT ANYTHING TO THIS BUSINESS!!!! By the way it did NOT need a flush!!
