  Super great experience! Nikki did my oil change even though I went in the last hour, and she was short staffed working all alone. Super great customer service

  Nikki is just fantastic quite a trooper, has been completely alone with cars backing up into the street... she needs help though and a serious pay raise. Not sure how anyone in this feild of work should be completely alone running a store by themselves.That being said im generally worried about the potential safety risks involved in her being alone in this line of work and her overall safety.

  Edit: I got in touch with the manager and he made everything right. The customer service I received couldn’t have been better once I was able to get in touch with him! My Escalade has been leaking oil since I had it changed and I cannot get in contact with anyone to make it right

  I am extremely frustrated with my experience at the Lancaster location. I went in for a simple oil change and left with my vehicle damaged. After I got to work, my coworkers actually heard my skid plate crack and fall off in the parking lot. It had been broken in half during my visit. I was told they would order a replacement skid plate and have it ready when I returned to Clinton, SC two weeks later. When I came back, the part still wasn’t there. I was then told it had been delivered to the wrong address, and no one even bothered to call me and let me know. I also waited almost an hour during my visit just to leave with my car damaged and no real solution. Anthony said they would give me a free oil change, but after this experience I absolutely do not feel comfortable going back there. A free oil change does not fix the fact that my vehicle was damaged and I am still waiting on a part they said they ordered. At this point my husband will be handling this because I truly feel like my concerns were not taken seriously from the beginning. It honestly feels like they thought they could brush this off and avoid taking responsibility. Women should not be treated like their concerns don’t matter or like they can just be ignored when something goes wrong. No one should leave an oil change with their vehicle damaged and then have to chase the shop down for weeks trying to get them to follow through on what they promised. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend the Lancaster location to anyone. Not to mention I had oil all over it. We thought the oil pan was actually cracked! Thankfully it wasn’t! But still.
