  Very good rental.Tyson And the enterprise crew really know how to take care of their customers. Car was very comfortable and ran perfectly. We will be using this location again

  Not all enterprises but the one in Lancaster I will never go back there. Everytime it’s a problem like they are the ones paying for your rental. I even had my insurance call personally to make sure I get a normal size vehicle because they always try to give you something you can barely fit in. They promised them it will seat 3 people at the back same as my vehicle in size wise. Yet again I got something only two small kids can sit in the back comfortably in can you say pissed off. I rather had told them send me to another location because that one was full of it they act like they paying for it. My insurance company said they will have a car holding it for you when I got there she said they gave it away because I didn’t come early in the morning I never was made aware I have to be there early in the morning I was still there that day before 3

  we rented a 15 passenger Ford van from enterprise in Lancaster South Carolina. We had great customer service. The van was so smooth and so comfortable. It may traveling such a breeze. We will definitely rent again.

  I was rented a car by an insurance company because my car was totaled. The last time I talked to enterprise the branch manager Xavier told me he would call me and tell me when the car needed to be returned. I get a call from him on Wednesday June 17th telling me insurance had quit paying on the previous Friday. And asked me how long I wanted to extend the rental. I informed him I didn't want to extend it. And would return it that day. And that no one had informed me the rental had expired or would be expiring. And I didn't feel i should be charged for the extra days. Since he dropped the ball and did not call me like he said he would. He told me that they tried to call me that Friday. Which I had no missed call or voicemail from him. He said it was noted where he tried to call me. (I called the 800 number for help with this. She informed me there was no notification of him ever calling me. Said it would be up to branch manager to rectify this.) He didn't even bother to call me and tell me he was charging me for this. He just did it anyway. I am a man of my word and I feel a branch manager and a company should stand on their word. If a manager tells me he will call me, he should. And I understand we are all human and make mistakes. But I dont fell i should be paying for someone else's.
