We traveled to and from, with kids and NO AIR. What a miserable driving experience. I feel like they should have checked before releasing the vehicle.
- GHGabriel HAug 10, 20261.0I do not make any reviews but this was bad so i need to leave a review the service absolutely sucked the car had a bad wheel bearing and was so loud and we asked for a large suv and even called ahead to reserve it and they ran out of suvs and gave use a Honda Odyssey and we are a family of 7 and all the boys are 6ft 4in+ and the girls are tall too it was so bad do not go to this Enterprise please!!!!
- NHNaomi HAug 10, 20261.0Do not rent here. They did not have the premium xl suv size we requested, booked weeks in advance. Even called Lancaster a week ahead to make sure. She reassured me they would have a long premium on hand. The one they were planning on giving us (NOT the right size) have arrived after our check in time, covered in fur, had to be vacuumed and cleaned before we could even see if we could fit our xl family. No other option for that size, nothing they could do. Horrible and late beginning to our vacation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Never again, Enterprise!!!
