- TBTim BallMay 9, 20261.0Do not reserve a vehicle here. The Make a Wish foundation booked a van here for my family to take a trip for a wish they had made come true for my son. The employee at this location called me 30 minutes before I was to pick up the van to tell me they didn’t have it. The pick up time also coincided when they closed for the rest of the weekend. I had to get in touch with the Rock Hill location to see if they had a van, which they did, but is out of the way. I mean, you can’t even go the extra mile to help make a kid’s Make a Wish go smoothly? I wouldn’t even call it going the extra mile but just taking an additional step to find something for us. On a personal note, I’ve booked vehicles at this location several times and they rarely have what I reserve and typically call just before my pick up time and I need the vehicle. I encourage anyone reading this review to book elsewhere and even with a different company.
