I was greeted by an employee that informed me I was going to be charged for a battery check and that if I bought a battery from this location the employee would not be able to assist me with installing the battery. The same employee proceeded to ask me if I knew person who could install the battery for me AFTER he inquired as to whether or not I had to get a jump to make it to this location safely (please note: I did have to get a jump). Lastly, this same employee who was “helping” me proceeded to point out that my battery at the time of my issue was purchased from a competitor. I am appalled by this overall experience. Their website offers an array of “FREE” service that I was not offered and was told I was going to have to PAY for while being called “Friend” the entire interaction. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I will no longer be utilizing this location for my automotive needs if at all possible.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
