  I needed a quick repair and I stopped in and Justin was able to complete my requested needs in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and very helpful!

  Charged me for something they did not even fix. Then tried to scam me out of a refund of $159.00 by refunding me $0.00. Absolute scam artist of a manager there. Would recommend you go to any other shop in the area.

  Let me first say, I have only used Firestone for my car. Well, they were busy, and I needed to drive for the July 4th Holiday. I called Express Oil and Tire at 4:30 pm (they close at 6) because I waited until the last minute to get my tire patched after I ran over a nail about two weeks ago. Well, they got me in and out, oil change and tire fixed. The guy I worked with, whose name I forgot, I think his initials were ZM, was so nice and helpful.

  Zach helped us with an oil change and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at an oil change location. No unnecessary sales, great customer service, and we were in and out of there super quick! We will definitely be back!
