  I am so disappointed with this place. Not only did I have problems with car #1 but car#2 and car #3. After getting all three cars an oil change, all three cars began leaking oil. Luckily I caught it on two cars before the motor was damaged. It costed me $3000 to fix one of the cars. This was about the ball park of what express oil told me they would charge me to fix even though they knew the oil leak was due to their negligence. I knew I could no longer trust them so I had the car towed to experts. Car #2 was not as expensive and car #3 I could not afford to have it fixed just yet. Imagine having 3 cars yet I had no way to get back and forth to work after getting a simple oil change from this place. As I was in another place where I was getting car #2 repaired, I overheard another customer complaining about something that happened to his vehicle at this same business. After the repairs and the written diagnosis was done, I called Express oil to speak with the manager, I found that the manager had been replaced according to the new manager, due to the many complaints the company received. If I could give them a zero, I would due to the cost to fix my cars and the huge inconvenience of having no transportation.
