Enterprise is Lake Wylie is excellent. All the representatives are great. My most recent representative was Joey and he was great. I must also mention Robin she is simply amazing. She helped me out when I returned the car and my car wouldn’t start. She was so helpful and such a genuinely nice person. Frank who picks you up is also such a sweetheart. I have never had a bad experience. In fact I always have a great experience with this location. Lake Wylie Enterprise is the best!!

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lake Wylie! The manager, Joey, was fantastic, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I was initially given a 2027 Chrysler Pacifica with only 10,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, while traveling out of the area, the vehicle displayed a transmission warning. This was certainly no fault of the Lake Wylie location, but how they handled the situation really stood out. A special shoutout to Carter, who went above and beyond to help coordinate a replacement vehicle. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free, despite the fact that I was out of town. The original vehicle was clean, the rental process was convenient, and returning the vehicle was an absolute breeze. It’s easy to provide good customer service when everything goes according to plan, but how a business handles an unexpected problem is what really matters. Joey, Carter, and the team certainly delivered! I’ll definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommend!

I frequently rent vehicles for work. Unfortunately, the Enterprise location at Lake Wylie has canceled my reservations on three previous occasions, forcing me to change my pickup to the Charlotte airport. The local manager explained that their system does not work properly, which causes the website to show cars as available when they are not.

It's a very convenient location but I do wish this office picked me up and were open later.
