I then get a new company car and advised I needed to update the car and payment plan. I wanted to upgrade my package and keep it on auto pay. They advised they were going to cancel the old FINS auto pay and begin the new WHISTLE EXPRESS auto pay. I then get notifications from my company that they had been double charged for the same month - one for FINS and one for WHISTLE. I have tried calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails, and arriving in person for ONE SINGLE REFUND on a double charged transaction. They is never a manager at Ladson, so I went to Summerville to get to actually speak to a Manager since they do not answer their phones or respond to any emails. He then texted the manager at the Ladson store and ensured me it would get taken care of. No such thing has happened and that was a week ago. My company is upset with the additional expenses, obviously, and it appears that I will just end up canceling altogether as I have never dealt with such lazy, incompetent customer service and support, or lack thereof. Maybe a bad review on Google will get someone’s attention to finally make this right? I’m not holding my breath.

Tried wiping off what I could with towels available but clear spots of dirt remained. The front ones looked great. The vacuum after also had low suction.
