We have a commercial account here and every time my husband goes in here he has problems! Those that have waited on him obviously have no knowledge about auto parts and repairs. He went in about a week ago and the guy working had some type of music playing wide open. He turned it down when he came in but had no clue where to find what my husband was looking for. Yesterday my husband went back in to get a piece of hose. He gave the guy that was working the hose he was replacing. The guy while talking on his phone to "Joe" with his ear buds in the whole time went and cut the hose way less than half as long as needed and also wasn't sure it was the same size. He was more concerned about his phone conversation than helping his customers. The same sort of situation again today when he went in, with a different employee that had no clue what he was looking for. If you want the correct part you need to look it up online first so you can give them the part number and they may or may not be able to find it. It's really getting to be a hassle to go in there

I went into the store on 4/13/2026 at 15:20 pm receipt #668293 I purchased several items. The apparent store manager said to me.What's your phone number to get my rewards! I get my receipt.He did not put the rewards in! I told him I'd like the rewards on my slip please! He took my old receipt and then went over and punched my phone number in and put all the items back in on the receipt! Which he kept my purchase receipt! He also on that receipt, which I still have minus everything! I did not get my rewards! I got home and sort of let it go! On 4/14/2026 i receive a phone call from that store at 7:51 am. Asking me if everything was okay?When I returned the windshield washer fluid! I said everything was fine! And that's when the red flag went up! The so called apparent store manager possibly stole my rewards! I confronted the individual to which he told me.This is his store and I need to leave! If there are cameras in that store you'll see that I did not go off the handle! So I left and called corporate and they saw the transaction and gave me my 1 pt reward and because of how it went down! They gave me $20 in rewards! Folks watch out for this! This supposed store manager might be stealing your rewards!
