  The staff here are incredibly lazy. I arrived at 5:30 PM and was told they would repair my tire right after the car ahead of me. That car left, the mechanics packed up and went home at 6:30, while the young woman sitting in the office just sat there for a long time, waiting for me to leave.

  Yall this place was amazing to us!! We were in town on vacation and had a flat tire from a screw when we got our car back from the valet. No where else could fit us in on a Sunday. This place had us an appointment within the hour and had our tire fixed within 20 minutes of our appointment time. Thank you to Tony for the incredible service.

  I had a punctured tire with due to a nail. We were returning home to Ohio At the Tire center on James Island, South Carolina and had an amazing service experience. The tires are repaired in about one hour, and we were able to continue on our trip home. Despite being extremely busy, they worked me in immediately. I highly recommend their service center.

  This place was amazing! We came from out of state and ended up with a leaking tire and it needed to be fixed asap so we could get back to the state on time. After explaining the situation they were unsure if they could help but they still took the time to try. In the end they were able to fix it. I would recommend this place to anyone needing help.

  I’m extremely concerned about a recent experience. The new store manager, Tony, worked on my brother’s vehicle. Not long after he left to pick his kids up, with his kids in the car the wheel came off. That’s a serious safety issue that could have ended much worse. There now damage to the vehicle Thankfully, Mike came out and handled the situation, and we really appreciate him stepping in and making it right. But this should never have happened in the first place. Work like this needs to be done correctly and safely every time. Offers to give free tire patch service for review.... luckily he insisted on paying Buyer beware pay for the service This needs to be addressed immediately.
