  Got my tire pressure checked and fixed on this HOT, muggy Sunday afternoon. Young man was very helpful, friendly, and taught me some pro tips! Right rear tire is always the one b/c it touches everything last, including curbs. I would have tipped him but had no cash, as always, and he said a good review would be great, so here it is! Sincerely.

  Do not go here. Had to take my car back 3 times for the same repair and after the last time the issue popped back up again a week later. Took it to another shop to get it fixed correctly.

  Terrible customer service. The lobby stinks. The shop is run like a training facility. The technicians appear to be unorganized, they misplaced a customer's key. They also don't keep appointments. They charged $49.99:for a tire repair. I dropped off the wheel and returned 5 hours later. They had not touched the tire repair until the lead technician, the one bright spot, saw me a rushed the repair. The previous manager is now at a different location in Goose Creek. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. If it's not an emergency go to Carolina Tire on Maybank Hwy.

  Dropped car off for tire rotation and alignment. Was told it would be two hours. Seven hours later they called to tell me I needed new tie rods to do the alignment. $1200 quote. Took my vehicle to a different mechanic and they were able to unseize the tie rods and do the alignment for $129. Don’t go here.

  Excellent customer service, professional work, positive vibe, & competitive prices! The shop was slammed, but a moment after we walked in someone popped into the office to greet us. One of my car's tires had a slow leak. After waiting in the cool A/C office area, another guy came in with a 3 1/2" bent nail they found near the side of the tire. Tony and his team worked a miracle, fixed it in no time... It's been a good few weeks and the tire has had no issues since. To top it off, the guys are super friendly- even after a long day, it was after 5 pm! Even though we waited for a little while, my daughter and I had a great time chatting with other customers as we all sat there. I used to go to another local place for quick flat fixes, but never again. New loyal customer. Thanks, Tony (^_^)
