  AWFUL EVERY TIME. I booked an appointment online for 4 new tires. Called just to double check that they did have the specific tires clearly shown and stated in my appointment confirmation. After speaking with several call center people I finally got the store manager who informed me that they did not have the tires and they would have to order them and move my appointment. No problem. Expected that. That's why I also called. The store manager then quoted me over $500 more for the tires than the online booking. $125 more per tire than advertised and confirmed on their website. To be clear the price given online included install and tire disposal and the specific location of the store. The manager made a feeble attempt to explain why the price was so much higher, but y'all get the picture. I also took my truck here several years ago for new tires. Bill came back with an additional $100 charge for lifetime rotation. Thought eh why not. Took my truck by to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up they had not rotated my tires because according to the guy checking me out the tires didn't need to be rotated. So I paid for a service they clearly never intended to actually perform. Gave it a few years and tried again. Clearly nothing has changed.

  I had a great experience at this auto store! The store manager was doing an amazing job running the entire store by himself. Even though he looked tired, he remained professional, respectful, and dedicated to helping customers. You could tell he was putting in real effort to make sure everything kept running smoothly. He is truly a good individual who takes pride in his work. His hard work, patience, and dedication deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Management is lucky to have someone like him on their team! I definitely appreciate his service and the effort he puts in. Keep up the great work!

  Took my car in to change the tires. Got it back and they were so unbalanced that I thought the truck was gonna rattle itself apart.

  Beware! Hot mess! I had a puncture tire I needed help with on Monday. They needed to order a tire, which took several days. I finally was notified they had the tire on Friday, and after driving to the shop was told it was the wrong tire, so a new order needed to be done. The tire arrived on Monday (1 week after initial visit), and was installed that afternoon. I needed to go into the garage to help the tech find the mechanism to lower the spare tire harness. Tire was over-inflated when I finally got my car back. I had forgotten the vehicle was AWD and needed all matching tires (that's on me), but the tech didn't go to any lengths to remedy my mistake. I was charged $300. I realized my error. Took the vehicle to Geralds, where I have an appointment for tomorrow and a $600 quote to make the other 3 tires match. Tire Choice on James Island was the single worst experience with getting help with vehicles in my life. Steer clear if you can.
