  Worked with Tyler this week. I made a super last minute and very specific request for a vehicle. He didn’t have one in stock. The guy worked 2 hours that morning calling all the nearby enterprises and the airport location which is on a different system than the local branches. Really went above and beyond. Thank you! Will be renting from here if I come back in town.

  I recently needed to use the Folly Road Enterprise location due to a minor car accident. It was a great experience all around. GEICO had a deal with them and a local body shop to work with me while my car was being repaired. When I dropped off my car at the body shop on James Island, Enterprise had a driver come pick me up and take me to the Enterprise office on Folly. The driver who picked me up (can't remember his name) was a very polite, professional young man. We had a nice conversation on the short drive. Arriving at the Enterprise office, I then had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. He was also very friendly and professional. The paperwork took just a few minutes, then he took me out to rental car and showed me around the car and made sure I knew the basics of the car (where to release the gas fill-up door, etc). I was provided a clean, new-ish car for the length of my car repair (a couple of weeks), and I actually really enjoyed driving the small SUV while it was in my care. All in all it was a great experience with Enterprise Folly Road. Shout out to Joe - keep up the good work! I would not hesitate to use this Enterprise location in the future or recommend it to others that may need the use of a rental car.

  I've rented from Enterprise often, both personally and for business. I've always gotten the same superior service with great customer service.

  Joe made the whole process incredibly easy, and advocated for me to help me through the insurance process. No complaints about Enterprise itself, but Joe is what made this a 10 out of 10 experience.
