- GBGeorge Briggs5 days ago1.0I closed both side view mirrors before entering the wash. Half way thru I heard 2 load pops. Leaving the drying area I pulled out and stopped. Both side view mirrors were turned all the way around and resting on each window. Next I went to the person operating the wash area. He was no help what so ever. Will cancel membership and never return.

There was still bird poop and bug guts on my grill and windshield. I will be cancelling my membership. I don’t recommend location. HWY 176 across from Walmart Ballentine.

- DSDavid SchroerJul 31, 20261.0Employees were nice. That’s fine. The issue is their machines pulverize your side view mirrors on bigger vehicles. Even when close the dryer blowers ram them. This last visit, and it will be the last, the brush dislodged my side view mirror cover and the blower finished the job sending it to the ground where it shattered after getting caught in the wheel track. To make matters worse their claim process (Whistle is private equity owned and not interested in their customer at all - only what they can extract from you) is abysmal. Despite sending me a video of the incident from their own cameras of my mirror cover being blown off they denied my claim for damages sending the stupidest email in rebuttal of “our system worked as intended.” Just absolutely ridiculous. I’ll add a still photo from the video and an after shot of the damages. Frequent this trash at your own risk
