  Went for a car wash; rep talked me into subscription stating I could have unlimited washes for same price with a monthly subscription; and that I could cancel at any time by simply using the QR code on the card he gave me, and that I would not be charged for the next month as long as I cancelled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. Went to QR code and entered info to cancel 20 days prior to renewal; got message that my account was not found. Verified the Sticker # that was put on my window was the correct # that I put in and it still could not find my account. Saw option to send message to customer support; did that on 4/29; no reply as of 5/4. Physically went to car wash and different rep was there who said he hates the QR system; only works 50% of the time. Suggested I come back Monday to see site manager Ms. Tara. Came back Monday; Ms. Tara not there today; called out; try again tomorrow. He refused to give me a phone # for her, or for their corporate office. Said only way to communicate (even for him) was to use QR Code. Told him that was not working; said nothing he could do. Unfortunately it feels a bit like a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Hayes was such a pleasure to meet. The card machine seemed to be messing up when I tried to pay for the carwash. Hayes immediately came over to help me. He had excellent customer service.

  The vacuums never really work. I just ran my car through the wash and pulled up beside another suv so I could get the exterior detailed. Two employees came out and detailed the exterior of the car beside me and both walked off. I waited a few minutes and got out and walked inside. One of the employees that worked on the car beside me was slouched down in a chair on his phone. I asked him if I missed something and he said that he was on break. I said you just worked on a car beside me and his reply was "yeah I know but I have to go on break when they tell me. I only get thirty minutes. " I'm still sitting here waiting. I don't type fast so it's taken me a while to submit this. Very unprofessional!!
