  Like many who drive on I 26 through Columbia, I received two chips in my windshield on a vehicle that had 200 miles on it! I glanced over, saw Gerber collision and glass, pulled in, told them my story, and they patched it on a spot! I appreciated them taking time out of their workday to prevent the chip from creating a crack while traveling! They were genuinely happy to help! Thank you!

  If I can give -0 stars google review I would be very careful with this Gerber I got into an accident the person who hit me insurance had this listed as a 4.6 thought I was going to get good work. I walked in met with two girls who were nice at the moment told what’s going on wipers were going crazy, my suspension was all the way up in my hood huge noticeable gap. Picked my car up the first time looking horrible their was a huge gap still looked absolutely horrible told another lady that was there who informed me if they fixed that it would leave another gap already red flag because then that means their may be underlining damage to my vehicle, wipers were still going off brought it back a second time where I met with jimmy who told me it was going to get fixed was having a special diagnostics in to look at my wipers, they had my car for another two weeks no updated no nothing I left it alone let them do what they needed to do second week came around thought why not call see what’s going on with it I spoke to a different women who didn’t know what was going on Jimmy wasn’t there said it’s good to go I said what about the wipers she then said she will put a hose to windshield and call me back no call back had to call them said it was good to go, picked up my vehicle looked like it wasn’t touched this is where it started to get frustrating I’m a 26 year old girl who they may have thought I don’t know about cars, I called again to say nothing is fixed my car looks the same they started to not pick up my calls sending me straight to the corporate made me more concerned that they are hiding something. I had to get in touch with insurance to get in touch with them where I found out they didn’t even think of checking my frame which concerned me even more dropped it off for a third time for 2-3 weeks again let them do what they needed to do car was ready went to pick it up to find my car unlocked with the key in it with my manual open to the wiper page indication I don’t know how to use them. I had to bring it to the Gerber on Dutch Fork amazing folks who agreed it was a terrible job done the alignment is out my tire in cambered in they finally saw after a 4th time I had a bolt missing that this Gerber mechanic was too incompetent to find after looking at my car 3 times. The insurance spoke to this Gerber where they said the alignment is out because of me and the bolt… I had my car for maybe 5 days at a time I work from home barely drove it because I was concerned if my suspension is bolted in right wanted second option I’ve called them multiple times for invoice again they are sending me to corporate had to call them off another phone for them to even answer asked for invoices asap never got it please be careful with this place they are very shady and now I need to go through other shops to make sure their work was right they will take advantage leave you with a headache this is ongoing for 5 months… Update 9/8 called today asked again for invoices Mikayla responded with they were all put in my car the first time I asked how was the 2nd and 3rd invoice in my car from my first visit she hung up on me this Gerber is absolutely horrible Update 9/8 5:50pm no documents sent
