- ADAnthony DamoneJun 13, 20261.0I had gotten an oil change here last month in my 2023 audi a5. Before leaving, my check engine light came on. I asked if they were able to read the code. So I pulled around back to have them read it. While there, one of the employees had my hood lifted, he then drove my car forward and causing my hood to hit the back of a car that was jacked up about 5-7 feet off the ground. All I was told was to bring my car to the body shop and call them. The manager showed up but stood away from me talking to the other employees and staring over and never once approached me to discuss the situation. I then called corporate to handle the situation. I was told twice that someone would give me a call and yet it’s been a month and no response.
