Long story short: Dwayne B saved my marriage. Short story long: On the drive to my own wedding in the mountains of North Carolina, disaster struck: a flat tire. While I swapped on my spare, my future mother-in-law called shop after shop looking for someone open on a Sunday with tires for my vehicle. Dwayne B assured her everything would be okay, that they had my size, and that if the tire could be plugged, they'd get it done fast. After a short drive on the spare, I pulled in and met Dwayne, and my tire was taken straight back for inspection. A quick patch and re-install later, I was on the road again and made it to my wedding on time. Dwayne was professional from start to finish. I can't thank him and this location enough for their professionalism and assistance.

I stopped by on a Saturday morning. The place was busy, but the crew was hopping and getting at it. Dwayne B is a fine gentleman. His friendliness and customer service was off the charts. If you are looking for efficient, fast, and friendly...this is your place.

Just had the best oil change experience. Im a long time customer, but Dwayne B. started my week off perfectly. He noticed my front license plate and asked me about it. It’s Grateful Dead I told him. The shop played music from one of my favorite bands while servicing my car. What an awesome personal touch. I look forward to many more oil changes here down the road!

Technician splashed oil all over the engine compartment of my vehicle. I could see the oil dripping off the under side of my hood onto the engine and wiper blades. He made no effort to clean it up until I asked him about it. He spent about 10 seconds wiping off the oil from the bottom of my hood then closed the hood. Once my oil change was complete, I popped the hood to inspect how much oil he just left for me to clean up. If you make a mistake or a mess it's fine just don't leave it for the customer to fix! I paid $101 for you to change the oil, you could have some respect for the customer's vehicle.
