  I had the best experience here. My technician, Dwayne, was great! He was efficient with his work, so it didn't take too long, while also having fun and keeping it light so the time I spent there flew by. I would recommend this place and him 100% of the time.

  Dwayne B. was such a kind blessing to me today! I have an older car, so I get my oil changed sooner than later. I had just done two big trips, and I had low oil, and he saved me money. Instead of doing a full oil change, he topped it off for me without any cost! I’ll be back! Thank you, Dwayne B!

  I have used this business many times in the past couple of years for general upkeep on my car. I do not live in Irmo but visit family often who live there. On Wednesday 7-8 I called. My AC in my car was not working. I was told they did not have an opening until Friday morning. I was just up the street so I decided to run by the store and verify that the young man actually recorded my appointment. He had not but they gentleman made the appointment for me. I actually took my car Thursday before closing so they would have it first thing Friday morning. On Friday, I was unable to get them on the phone so I borrowed my sister-in-laws car and went over there. Mine car was parked in the front of the stalls outside the back building. I went in the office and was told they were double checking over thing and I would receive a call. At 4:00 that afternoon I received a call from the manager stating the ac was working intermittent and the Freon was ok so it was an electrical problem. Since it was late Friday afternoon and I was leaving to come home that night they would leave my car for me to pickup after closing. On Monday morning I took my car to Speedway in Greenwood S.C. I use this business whenever I am home. I was told and shown that the Freon was empty and shown where the dye was spread everywhere indicating it had leaked everywhere. I am so upset that I can no longer trust your business for even something simple as an oil change. There is no way your store could have checked anything on my car. Be assured I will not use your business again in the future. I had always given out good reviews to family and friends. No more in the future If your business could not work on AC’s I should have been told that!!!
