  I rented a truck for the weekend for a trip to Atlanta, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The truck ran great the entire trip, had no issues at all, and was surprisingly good on gas. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Hadlee was especially amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly appreciate all of her help and would definitely rent from this company again. Highly recommend!

  We had a rental scheduled for pick up as part of warranty covered repairs being made on our car. Unfortunately, when we arrived at our local Enterprise there were not any cars available. Although it was a waste of time driving there the staff was apologetic and called around to other Enterprise lots to find an available rental.

  My rental was done through my insurance company due to an accident. My rental was from May 7-May 15. I received a text or email asking if I wanted to extend and if do would have to pay out of pocket so I did due to the fact I still had business to take care of. However, when I arrived (initially the first time) I was told being that I had an out of state license NC and a debit card the deposit would be $150 because I need a credit card for the deposit to be $50.00. I informed the representative that my insurance company set the appointment for my rental and they told me $50. So when I returned the vehicle on May 23rd I told the representative (Howley) I wanted to rent again from June 5 to June 26 and she said I won’t be able to due to NC license and a debit card. She said it would flag in their system that I have an out of state license and debit card. She said she can’t rent cars also from Enterprise even though she works for them because she doesn’t have a credit card. I highly doubt it, but it is unfortunate that this so called rule exist.
