- CCCaley Crowe5 days ago1.0We came by this morning to this Irmo location after dealing with an urgent issue with one of our cars at the dealership. After waiting until they opened, my husband went inside and the guy at the counter asked for our reservation number. My husband said he didn’t have one but was trying to make one in person but the guy cut him off and said “I don’t have time today for that.” My husband tried to ask if he could make a reservation in person instead of online since we literally came from across the road, but again the guy cut him off saying “I don’t have time for that today, you can go to the greystone store but I don’t have time for that.” We would have understood if he said they were busy and could either refer us to another location or ask us to wait a few minutes while they at least checked inventory. But to be repeatedly cut off when you’re attempting to give them business with a week rental was incredibly rude. What awful customer service. At least at Hertz they had time for us…
