  I had an absolutely awful experience at this Tommy's Express location and am currently seeking legal counsel because management refuses to take responsibility for the property damage they caused. The issues started right at the pay station. I drove up and explicitly specified that I had a free month of car washes, showing them my app to prove my subscription was active. Despite this, the employee still tried to ask me for payment. It took them entirely too long to figure it out, and they eventually had to get the assistant manager involved to assist. Unfortunately, the incompetence didn't stop there. When I arrived at the conveyor belt, the employee on duty did not guide my vehicle onto the belt correctly. Because of their poor signaling, my car was misaligned, causing it to go directly into the wash equipment, which left a large, deep scratch on my vehicle. My car was completely in neutral, as required. The employee later claimed they told me to stop, but neither I nor the passenger in my car heard a single thing. Tommy's Express should not have staff members working the line who are incapable of safely guiding vehicles onto the belt. Because the location is refusing to take responsibility for the hundreds of dollars in damages they caused to my car, I will be contacting a lawyer to handle this officially. Save your vehicle and your sanity—go somewhere else!

  When registering an account in your app, the price was explicitly stated as $6 per wash. However, I am being charged $12 every single time. This is false advertising and double billing. Please refund the overcharged amount immediately.

  The staff was super friendly and eager to explain things and help out. The wash was excellent; they offer free vacuuming and car mat cleaning. They even gave me a complimentary cleaning kit, which included some excellent glass wipes and an all-purpose cleaner, plus drying and cleaning towels and some air fresheners—items they normally sell, but gave to me as a gift for their grand opening. The location is great for me, and the packages they offer are reasonably priced. I particularly liked the "Family" package, which suits my needs perfectly.

  Tommy’s Express is in a class above the rest. First class service from the time you first pull in. The wash itself is thorough, efficient, and leaves nothing else to be desired. The vacuum and detail station has wide spaces for plenty of room to not bump up against other cars. This place gets the full 5 stars, I’d give 6 stars if I could. Go check it out!

  Fantastic car wash and friendly staff! Love the ease of the conveyer belt to take you thru the wash and the free vacuums/compressed air station was perfect (never seen the compressed air to get all the dust off the dash…nice). Another review mentioned their car getting scratched…but I don’t see how that could happen with the cloth cleaning system in place. I noticed an area in the back of my car that appeared to have some scratching, but it wasn’t - it was a cleaning wax that wiped right off…probably just due to the cloth cleaners being brand new. Don’t be fooled by false reporting - this is the BEST wash around!!!
