  I never thought I’d be writing such a glowing review about buying a new SUV, but here we are. We walked into McCoy Ford to look at a specific new Ford Explorer. We had been shopping used Explorers, but this particular one checked every box for us. Zach Quick came out to help us, and candidly, he was outstanding. We took the Explorer for a test drive with Zach riding in the back seat. Let’s just say it turned into a very memorable test drive. I won’t spoil the story here, but if you end up working with Zach, make sure you ask him about it. Trust me. On the way back from the test drive, I gave Zach our out-the-door number. We stayed in the vehicle looking everything over while he headed inside. A few minutes later, he came back with good news. Not only did Zach meet our OTD price, but Ford financing came in at 4.5%—a full percentage point lower than our credit union. That set the tone for the rest of the experience. Cory, the finance manager, was excellent. No games. No pressure. No bait-and-switch. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and exactly as presented. To top it off, Jamaal, the owner of the dealership, came out to greet us personally. That small gesture spoke volumes about the culture of the dealership. From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases we’ve ever made. McCoy Ford earned our business the old-fashioned way—with great people, honest communication, and by doing exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend McCoy Ford, along with Zach and Cory. Thank you!

  I have never been treated like family by a dealership before. I thank Jamal, corey, and Zack and Dana for making my car buying experience so smooth, . I was in a bad way had just wrecked my car. They made the process so great. Gave me a car to drive until I found my forever car. I love these people!!!!! Even picked me up from ho.3 and braught me to dealership.

  Man let me just start off by saying thank you, this dealership just help me out in ways I can’t describe. But I mainly want to recognize Eathan V. I have walked into a few dealers and they just seem to give me the run around. Eathan show me exactly what I was looking for and kept it straight forward. Every question:? answered. Every detail? He pointed it out. pushed it until the deal was right for me. He even stayed 3 hours past closing to help me out. What a beautiful establishment and amazing staff. I will be back ! Can’t get no better ! Thanks again!

The entire process was professional, transparent, and surprisingly enjoyable. Test driving vehicles, discussing options, and working through the details never felt stressful. Instead, I felt like the team genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle rather than simply make a sale. When it came time to finalize everything, Cory went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and worked hard to secure a deal that exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, transparency, and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression.
