    My car broke down 50 miles of my vacation destination in South Carolina and they won’t give me a comparable size vehicle to go home with since my car might be stuck down here for 4 to 6 weeks

    I booked a car for delivery on the other side of the airport for today at 12pm. I confirmed with them twice over the phone prior to showing up. I showed up at 4pm and the cars were not there and they said there is no delivery on file and now the credit card isnt working. This was booked for over a month. This is the second time this has happened. Terrible service and no communication. We come here every year. Do yourself a favor and use go rentals so your kids dont have to wait over an hour for a car.

    My whole experience was excellent. From the branch manager Grace to the young lady, Kat who checked me out. The car had a full tank of gas and was spotless. The office was neat and organized with everyone being very helpful and kind. Will definitely rent again from this location.
