  Today was different from my usual visit. Just one person was working today JT. It was 83 degrees and sitting in my vehicle it felt like 90 plus. It was a 25 minute wait. JT apologized profusely. I understand that it wasn’t his fault he actually showed up for work. He gave me a bottle of water and still apologizing. I told him that it was ok. He should be paid double for doing the job of 2-3 people by himself. I got my oil change. Strickland Brothers due an excellent job always. Except for the long wait they still have me as a regular customer.

  First time visiting and I had a great experience. JT and the other gentleman (name starts with a R - my apologies) who were working that day were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire oil change process. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made me feel welcomed from start to finish. Excellent customer service and overall a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to others!

  Raheem and JT did an excellent job on my family van with the oil change. They were very knowledgeable and moved as quick as they could to get the job done. They were professional and I would go back.

  Raheem & JT were a great help! They treated us like family & answered all of the questions we had. I would def come back. If you’re thinking about getting serviced here, just do it. Thanks yall!

  JT and Raheem were very polite, professional and thorough. They offered to change my cabin filter but I had just changed it. They got me in and and quickly.
