  I attempted to return a rental at approximately 1:10 PM on 06/15/2026 and was extremely disappointed by the experience. When I arrived, an employee sitting at the front desk told me he was on his lunch break and that the other employee was outside. I waited, went outside to look for assistance, and could not find anyone. When I returned, the front desk was unattended. I eventually had to go behind the counter to ask another employee if someone could help me. That employee said he would make a call and then informed me that the person I needed to speak with was coming back inside. Unfortunately, it was the same employee who had already told me he was on lunch break. When asked to assist with my rental return, he responded that he was still on break and asked what I needed. After being told I was returning a rental, he simply said I could leave the keys. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist a customer standing in front of him was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was not actively eating lunch or away from the work area—he was simply sitting behind the counter and refusing to help. Based on this experience, I will be recommending that our company find another rental provider. This location clearly does not value customer service, and today’s interaction reflected that.

  We rented a 26’ for the day. We ended up needing it a second day and that was all good but after filling the truck down the street with fuel and returning it, they charged us an additional 8 gallons. There was no way with how full it had been filled that we left out 8 gallons. We didn’t even drive the vehicle enough to require the total of “18” gallons, the 10 we filled it with and then the supposed “8” they “had to fill it with”. In addition, watch and record the mileage yourself. They wrote down the mileage incorrectly on the ticket. My worker was the one who picked up the truck and didn’t say anything about the mileage being marked wrong unfortunately. These guys seem like are just out to make a few extra bucks at others expense. The truck worked fine so that’s why they get three stars.
