  My appointment was at 12:00 p.m., but I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes before being helped. During that time, two customers who arrived after me were serviced and left before I was even called. I only came in to have one tire replaced, and I had a scheduled appointment. I even asked about the delay, but it was never clearly explained. This was a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

  Unexpectedly got a large chunk of wood, stuck in my tire, which was slowly draining the air out of it stopped by Mavis tire and Auto and they took me in in minutes and got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. The staff was courteous and efficient and I highly recommend them to anyone!

  Both times I have been to this shop, they expected me to have my own tool for my wheels. Months passed between visits, and they still don't have the tools required to help their customers. They sent me to the Mavis in Taylors without so much as even looking at my flat tire. The Taylors store looked at it for 5 seconds and told me that it was irreparable, but that they didn't have a technician to work on it. I then went to go buy my own 6 spline key (since the Greer store is apparently incapable of buying one), and returned to the store on Brannon Drive. Upon arriving, they made me wait 15 minutes before so much as even taking my keys. The technician then told me that the tire was reparable and I waited for about an hour for the "repair". Fast forward to this morning- my tire is flat and I can't drive it to work. Oh yeah, they also put my wheel caps back on improperly when I bought tires from them months ago and it fell off while driving. Stay away.

  There is no words for me how to express my experience with Mavis Tires, Krystal is a kind soul and I’m grateful for her service and support she work with me with giving me couple discounts, I am a driver and I was struggling with finances but she help me out. I got my tires and breaks and more. Thank you Krystal you don’t have no idea how this means for me. Blessings to you and family.

  My first (and 2nd) trip to Mavis Greer was pleasant. Friday, we took a Mercedes up for an alignment after I replaced the struts and lower control arm. The waiting area is clean and cool which is pretty important in this weather. We were in and out pretty quickly. My gf is so happy with the way the car drives. I’ve heard about it and how smooth it rides at higher speeds….allegedly. And if y’all know her, that says something about Mavis’s work. With the internet coupon the alignment was under $90.The tech pointed out a known tire problem but it shows they look out for the customer. Saturday I took my Ram in for tires, alignment and an oil change. I was in and out in a couple hours as a walk in. They gave me a great price on the tires and service and 6 months no interest on a Mavis card. I was less satisfied with the alignment but Krystal with a K was great and had me bring it back today to have a redo. I didn’t catch the tech’s name but he was great, listened to my gripes and reset the alignment. The 220,000 mile truck rides like new again. Everyone at the Greer store is friendly and they stand by their work. Thanks Mavis!
