    Don't even bother booking a reservation if you get stuck same day - they won't honor it. And if you book the insurance, they'll still charge you for that too and not give you a car.

    Enterprise is the only car rental company we will use. There are no hidden fees. They don't pressure you to buy add-ons. And their pickup and return is incredibly efficient.

    Horrid experience renting from this location. From incompetent management to rude campus airport transportation staff, I'd rather have a colonoscopy than come here again!!

    I'd gice it a zero but that isn't allowed. Booked a car, 45min before I was to pick it up they called and said they had ZERO cars. Didn't offer to help me find one. Spoke to a manager who said best he could do was one at the airport 50min away. Fine, I took it, because I was literally stuck. Get there, the price is double! How does that work? Called customer service, they said they would handle it and give me the correct price. Did they? Big. Fat. No. Will never use them again and advise you to pick one of the other many car rental agencies in the area. Absolutely useless company. And I have recipe proof of all of this attached.
