  I enjoyed my experience with the Enterprise Customer Service of the Greer, SC Branch. I did have to travel 2 SC counties over to pick up a 15 passenger van and wish I could have returned it to the Anderson Branch or closer, but the customer service was excellent in the Greer Office.

  I love enterprise to the point where I don’t use any other rental service but them but the past two times I have use them were the absolute worst mind you I’ve been renting from enterprise for 8 years ! On june 12th 2026 I booked a car for my family to drive out of town ! As soon as we get on the highway the car was making weird noises and then the check engine light came on and it started driving funny so we turned back around and switched the car out we didn’t get any kind of compensation or anything for the inconvenience. Fast forward to July 3rd 2026 we get a new 2025 jeep cherokee for another family trip. we get all the way to Atlanta switch is 2 hours away and the ebrake starts popping up out of nowhere and the car is literally not moving in the middle of traffic in DOWNTOWN Atlanta ! Needless to say the trip was a total disaster we had to stay in the hotel the entire time and couldn’t do anything that I had planned for my kids ! Mind you enterprise was closed by the time we got to Atlanta and then on Saturday nobody would pick up the phone which they have a bad habit of not answering . Sunday comes and I get the bright idea to call customer service to let them know what I was experiencing they told me I could go to any enterprise no matter what city and state i may be in and just do a simple swap !!! Nobody has EVER told me that and as I stated before I have been renting cars for 8 years from enterprise. I say that to say I spoke to Scott (Manager) at the Greer location and let him know this was the 2nd time in 1 month I was given a vehicle that had mechanical issues and all he said was “you took possession of the vehicle I can only give you half the money back” that is absurd I really didn’t appreciate that at all with that being said I will not be renting cars from Greer location anymore !

  Wonderful!! They took great care of me. Made sure I was comfortable with the rental before I left.

  Over all bad experience recently. Did not get the suv we asked for plus it made a horrible noise but thats not even the complaint. We left a 200 dollar speaker in the trunk of the vehicle noticed it like 15 mins after drop off at 545pm called back at 6pm no-one would answer i expected that much the close at 6pm so i called back the following morning soon as they opened still couldn’t get any answer so i just drove down. When i got there was told they had already rented that vehicle out the previous day? Like how could you clean a suv miss a speaker and rent it out all in 15 mins time when there was a line of cars we parked in when we returned it? Well they said they would call the person who rented the vehicle and give me a call back by end if day well a week later no call no email nothing. Im very disappointed and believe they took my property.

  Worst selection of cars I’ve seen and what they do have is mostly junk. Very few in the requested class. Extremely slow service. Staff is friendly but can only say - rent elsewhere in Greer. Try the airport.
