- EDEmily DawsonJul 17, 20261.0I have rented vehicles exclusively with enterprise and before this time, I’ve had really great experiences. However, today I received the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever received. The young man assisting me sat in the inside and pressed the button to open the door. He did not do a walk around with me or offer me any information concerning the car. After he finally came out to hand me the keys, he went back inside then the screen went white. I asked my little girl to ask him for assistance. When she went to the door to ask for help he balled up his fist and huffed and puffed as if doing his job was a huge inconvenience. I do not know who is the manager, gm or whatever the title is for whoever manages this location but an overhaul is definitely needed. I try to give everyone grace as you never know what someone is going through but this was absolutely unacceptable.
