  Absolutely terrible experience. I picked the car from Greenville Spartanburg Airport and me along with my pregnant wife had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to be cleaned. The minivan we received was also not up to the mark. The acceleration and braking response seemed off and the car was vibrating up on braking. It didn't feel safe driving at high speeds. Again absolutely terrible experience!

  I have been since 04/05 in regards to reimbursement of a $225 battery and locksmith service I paid due to the key fob battery dying on a 2025 equinox I rented. The key fob battery died while unloading the car at Tampa FL port. Since the key fob battery was not working the car didn’t acknowledge the key was in the car also since the key fob battery was dead the car could not acknowledge the key was in the car to use the button on the door to open the door. I had previously contact customer the day before about the car requesting me to hold the key to the ignition to start the vehicle but was told it was doing that probably for safety purposes I told them on my 2025 4Runner that usually means the battery or key fob is faulty but they insured me everything was okay. The next day this happened I contact customer service at the time to see if they had an on star system to let me in and the representative said no they could contact a locals locksmith and I could pay and save my receipt to be reimbursed when I return the vehicle. I said okay no problem since I was in a rush because I had to be check in for my cruise by 2:30. Once 04/11 I returned the vehicle and mentioned to the representative the details of what happened showed my receipt of what I paid and informed that the rep said he put all details in the account notes not to mention I also had reached out to customer service by chat prior to returning the vehicle that everything was clear for reimbursement but once there the representative said that he could not process the refund and that his supervisor would contact me on the 04/12 and he took a picture of my receipt Today is 04/27 and I have not been contacted by anyone I have Alamo customer service numerous of times by phone and chat and each representative informs me that they have escalated my matter and to someone in management and that they will be in contact with me but yet no one has responded to me this is highly unprofessional and not how you should treat your customers : Marisa that link in your reply is the same contact information I’ve used numerous times to by chat and phone and yet no one has responded I even was given a case number 50902330 and yet still no reply this is absurd.

  The line was long, but the associates were incredibly friendly and patient. The car was spotless, and the smell was pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience.
