  BF Goodrich will not warranty my road hazard. However this place is still pretty good. Matt is very nice and professional and made me feel better about getting absolutely SCREWED by BF Goodrich.

  Mavis Tire went above and beyond for my husband and I. Last week they got to fix an issue another mechanic from somewhere else screwed up and Mavis Tire stayed over time so we can have our accessible van back since we had an appointment out in Greenville which was hard to reschedule. I would absolutely recommend them for everything, they will always go above and beyond. Will definitely be back for any future work needed

  I stopped by to see if they could look for a nail in my tire because it kept losing air. I was in the middle of a work shift as a delivery driver, so getting it fixed was extremely important. I could see they were a little backed up but decided to wait anyway. The manager in charge made sure to update me every step of the way, said they have to do an internal repair and patch the outside but it was repairable. I waited about 30-45 mins patiently. When my car was done, I went to go pay and the manager said because I was so patient with them that I didn't owe them anything at all! I was so ecstatic and happy I didn't have to fork out any money! The lesson here, patience is key! You can't expect any one person to work miracles, but they sure can give you a really nice discount!!

  Incredible service , they really helped me out. I had a punctured tire and urgently needed it repaired. I called and Hall said I could bring it in right away even though they were an hour from closing for the day. He started working on my tire as soon as I arrived and had it remounted on my car and ready to drive again in no time at all. He was most gracious as well and I’m not sure I can even mention how little it cost. Thanks so much to the Mavis guys and Hall. I would recommend their shop 100% for great service. They will be my go to shop in the future.
