  After finding a nail in my very flat tire after work, I made it to Mavis about 20 minutes before they closed. They explained why a patch wouldn’t work and immediately got to work putting on two new tires and rotating the other two. They stayed past closing time to make sure I could safely drive away with my new tires. The tires were in stock, the price was less than I expected, and the employees, including Seth who did the work on my car were polite and professional. What could have been a much more stressful experience was simple and smooth.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. They are a horrible company that will overcharge you by more than double for parts and oil, and then tell you that a perfectly good part needs replacing, and then charge you twice the retail price for it. And the technicians move slower than my 96 year old grandmother, and are completely unapologetic about it.

  I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Mavis! I had a flat tire that would not hold air at all, and I was already stressing thinking I was about to have to spend hundreds of dollars replacing a tire. Instead, these guys took care of me and made the entire situation SO easy. Will was absolutely fabulous! He plugged my tire and was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. He had me taken care of in no time, and I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went. He knew exactly what he was doing and got me safely back on the road without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. And Hall — WOW!! Some of the BEST customer service I have ever received anywhere. He was genuinely one of the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. He made me feel welcomed, listened to, and taken care of from the second I walked in. You can tell when someone truly cares about the people they are helping, and Hall absolutely does. What could have been a stressful and expensive situation turned into such a positive experience because of Will and Hall. They were honest, helpful, quick, and genuinely wonderful to work with. It is SO refreshing to find a business where you feel like the employees actually want to help you instead of immediately trying to get you to spend hundreds of dollars. I will absolutely be coming back to Mavis for anything tire-related in the future, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Give Will and Hall a raise because these two are doing customer service RIGHT!! 😂👏🏼 Thank you both for saving my tire, saving me money, and making my day so much easier! Mavis has definitely earned a loyal customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great service on tire rotations, but if you have an import they may not be equipped to do an alignment on it. I have a Lexus LS460 and was told I needed to go to the Lexus dealership to fix my alignment and suspension.

  This Greenwood location was closing in about 10 minutes and my tire was flat. I didn’t get the guys name, but he stayed until6:30 or after to get my tire fixed. Luckily it was fixable and I didn’t need to get a new tire. Thank you so much!!
