  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 STARS — CASEY DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED! I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Casey, the Store Manager at Mavis Tire in Greenwood, SC. This is the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized by Mavis Tire corporate. I arrived without an appointment, and already knew I didn’t have the locking lug nut key. I explained that to Casey, and the team tried every locking lug nut key they had—but unfortunately, none fit. Most people would have simply said, “There’s nothing we can do.” Casey didn’t. Casey contacted AutoZone and had another locking lug nut key delivered to the store, but unfortunately, that one didn’t fit either. Casey then went the extra mile and found a Universal Locking Lug Nut Removal Set at Harbor Freight. I went and picked it up, brought it back, and thankfully, the correct size was in the set. An employee came out and successfully removed the locking lug nut, and then Casey and Ryle stayed after hours to make sure all four of my new tires were installed. That speaks volumes about Casey’s character and commitment to customers. Casey didn’t have to do any of this. I didn’t have an appointment, there were multiple obstacles, the team was already super busy, and they were already past closing time. But Casey took ownership of the situation and refused to give up until there was a solution. I also want to personally thank Ryle for staying after hours and helping get my tires installed. Casey is exactly the kind of manager every company should want representing their name. Casey was patient, resourceful, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of. That level of effort and customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Mavis Tire — please recognize Casey and Ryle for going above and beyond. Casey and Ryle deserves to know that their dedication made a lasting impression on this customer. 10 stars isn’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tires & Brakes in Greenwood! I originally came in back in July to have my brakes replaced. A few weeks later, I started hearing some squeaking, so I brought my car back in for them to take a look. They found that something from the original brake job needed to be corrected, and they completely stood behind their work. They fixed everything and took care of over $600 worth of repairs at absolutely no charge to me. Things happen ! What matters to me is how a business handles it afterward. There was no arguing, no excuses, and no trying to pass the cost back onto me. They simply made it right, and that says a LOT about the integrity of a business. Casey and the team were wonderful to deal with, and I left feeling like they genuinely cared about doing right by their customers. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for standing behind your work and taking care of me!

  Today August 28th 2026 I met three of the most wonderful guys at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Greenwood SC. Casey, Mitchell and Hall are very knowledgeable and professional outstanding men.They answered every question I had and went above and beyond to get my car fixed. They made me feel at ease and listened to me about my issues was with my car as a female not knowing anything about a car I trusted them. I had my rear wheel bearings on both sides replaced. I recommend them to anyone that needs work done that they specialize in.Great job ,great prices guys I will be back and will tell anyone that will listen about y'all. Thanks again and many blessings to you all Casey, Mitchell and Hall.
