I realized that I was not receiving the level of wash for which I was paying. When I inquired in the office, the staff was unable to locate my account via my personal details or license number. I was told I had been dropped out of the system, although that same system continued to auto draft from my account. I was handed a note with a phone number and email. When I was unable to make contact with a human being through the Customer Service, I cancelled my membership and will take my business elsewhere. I feel cheated by Whistle Express.
