  The service team here was wonderful to work with. Both Christian and Matt made our windshield replacement as easy as possible. We were due for our regular service at the same time and the feedback we received from Paul, the mechanic, was straightforward and helpful. He made a short video with a narrative going over the main items of their inspection. The only short falling is building they work in. I look forward to Volvo having a nice permanent building rather than temporary trailer. While the team seems to make the most of it, the parking for service and sales is less than ideal. Should you need a Volvo serviced, I highly recommend getting it done here. They will treat you well and get the repairs done right.

  I am very pleased with the level of service and the fair pricing I received at my first service here. All of the service providers and staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I was kept informed of the status of my service while parts were being ordered. Also extremely pleased to have a loaner Volvo provided! I will return for regular maintenance appointments on my 2018 XC60.

  Had to get a rental car while mine was being serviced, as the service was going to take longer than expected, overnight. Got home and could not get into my house because the garage remote was programmed into my Volvo. Called service department and explained- they were able to speed up the maintenance process. I ran a couple errands with the rental car and got something to eat, by the time I got back to the dealership, my car’s service was complete and it had been washed-all within a 3 hour window. Thanks guys, you were awesome!😄

  Appt was made on Friday 5/8 for 8:00 Monday 5/11 ,spoke with service manager but when we arrived for Monday appt no one seemed to know why we were there. I was not impressed with the treatment of myself or other customers that you could overhear the employees talking to. Seemed to all need a refresher course in customer service.

  DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM STEVE WHITE AUTO GROUP. I purchased a used Ford Edge and while in the parking lot of the dealership, the sunroof motor broke. We could not get the sun roof to close and the sales rep did nothing to try and help. This is fraudulent behavior to deceive and hide a mechanical failure on a used car. I spent $1500 just to have the sunroof closed. I will not be putting the $7500 into replacing the motor. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau to help with this situation.
