  Fantastic service, quick response and teamwork —- In mid afternoon while driving on I85 and a long way from home, a tractor trailer kicked up a 2 by 4 piece of wood that struck our windshield, severely damaging it. My wife and I immediately pulled over and contacted Safelight in Anderson SC who in turned called ahead to Safelight in Greenville SC finding us a replacement windshield and making a late afternoon appointment for us that same day. The Greenville Safelight team stayed after normal working hours to replace our windshield so we could be on our way. A shoutout to Ron at Anderson Safelight and a special thanks to the Greenville Safelight team - Lance Hayes (store manager), CJ (recalibration), and Adam (installer) for helping us get back on the road within a few hours!

  I stopped by this location with a technical issue with my windshield. Although this was not a typical repair or replacement, they listened to my problem and offered to help. My issue was resolved in 15 minutes. I was very impressed by their can-do attitude and customer service even though this did not result in a sale. I highly recommend them and will return to this location when I do need windshield repairs. Thank you for your help.

  It's real. I have seen commercials about replacing windshields at your home. But it is reality! Well done Safelite.

  1st they did a great job on windshield replacement, quick.service and window looks great. However they broke my radio antenna off at the base which is NOT an easy fix. I filed a claim and they called me trying to say they weren't responsible for it, I told them that's not true as I'm a service advisor at a dearship and know for a fact if you are working on someone's vehicle and the technician damages or breaks something that you are responsible for the repair to damaged item, and so is safelite. They said manager will call me but it's been 2 days and I haven't heard from him, I will give him a few more days as the weekend has arrived to see what his response will be. This fix is dependant on whether or not I change this to a 5 star review or whether it remains a 1 star after follow up...safelite really need to make this right, that's what they have insurance for either way not my responsibility.if it was tight or the technician thought it might break then he should've come to me first and let me know then it would've been my decision and responsibility if it broke. But he didn't inform me until he was done and already had left via telephone call that it was broke during repair.....follow up to come
