While I can’t speak to the quality of work I can definitely say they are honest and professional. I took my car in for brake diagnostics and instead of performing work it didn’t need and charging me for their time, they found the issue (non-brake related) and were honest about not being the appropriate place for the repair. If and when I do have a brake need, they will be my first choice.

I had an outstanding experience here. My 2007 Honda Civic has had a myriad of different problems, and these guys have gone above and beyond, addressing all of them. They recently replaced my entire transmission, but there was a subsequent problem with a seal on one of the axles, and they fixed this, totally for free. Their communication is also on point. You will receive a text message when your vehicle is ready. Highly recommend Poinsett Tire & Auto.

Poinsett tire did an excellent job of locating and installing a desperately needed tire for my car. The tire needed to be special ordered and arrived and was promptly installed the next day .
