Great Service. Showed up With an emergency on my way out of town. They did not have the tires I needed but helped me out finding a place nearby that had the tire size I needed. Great Customer Service. Always appreciative.

I stopped in to get a tire repaired and the customer service was awesome. Jade took really good care of us. She communicated very well and she had an positive attitude. Tye was very knowledgeable about my findings. My experience was awesome and when I'm in town again, I will stop by just to say hello.

Took my vehicle in because We hit a pothole and believed it damaged the wheel hub. The mechanic told us it wasn't the hub. They told us they believe the TPS sensor had come undone and was inside the tire. We told them to take the tire off to check and if that didn't solve the issue, to do the repair on the hub. After dropping it off, we were called saying they didnt have a spline socket to remove the tire. We had to go buy one and bring it to them. They rotated the tire and removed the TPS sensor and told us it was ready. As soon as we drove it of the lot, the sound was still there. We took it back in and said the noise was still there so we wanted the hub replaced. The manager stated that it could be the CV axle or possibly the hub but didnt want to work on the hub and that not be the issue. We took it to Sarks Automotive and the had it fixed in about 2 hours. This store didnt seem like they wanted to do anything but change a tire. Will not be back and recommend to use any of the other tire shops within sight if this store if you want service done quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely fascinating business model here. I came in with a tiny nail in my tire and was quoted $30 for a patch. Then they had me sit there for OVER AN HOUR doing absolutely nothing, only to finally tell me my tire was “too worn” to repair and that my only options were to buy a new tire from them or leave. Here’s the impressive part: once they actually looked at the tire, it took them less than 5 minutes to come to that conclusion. So apparently they possessed this magical knowledge the entire time, but decided to wait until around 8:20 PM — when nearly every other tire shop was already closed — before sharing it with me. What incredible timing. Luckily, the next morning I drove FOUR MINUTES down the road to another chain tire shop. They repaired the exact same tire immediately, FOR FREE, and told me the tire is still currently in the green range and just may need replacement in another month or two. So either: 1. The other tire shop doesn’t understand tires. 2. This place was trying to pressure a stranded customer into buying a new tire late at night. 3. Or making customers waste over an hour for a 5-minute inspection is just part of the customer experience here. At least I learned something valuable: If your goal is getting your tire repaired, go literally anywhere else. If your goal is wasting time while being cornered into an unnecessary purchase, this place is perfect.

We dropped off a single tire for a valve stem change and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. We then ran a quick errand and returned 30 minutes later. Checking in at the front desk, we were told that no one had worked on our tire yet and started to describe the current car they were working on and the problem with that. They could not give us an updated estimated time of completion for the valve stem change. We again waited for another 30 minutes, and asked again when our tire might be finished. They said that one of the shop boys, Hank, that was supposed to do the tire was going to start something else and not work on our tire. God bless the employees working the desk because the shop team can’t get their act together. How can the desk team manage customer expectations and wait time when the shop team aren’t working jobs in order? Don’t come here unless you have no where to be. Kudos to Anthony for making things up to us.
