  Nikki and Matt were a tremendous help today for a walk-in about my tire with a nail. They greeted me warmly. Informed me about additional check ins for suspension and brakes as a precaution. The service was performed in a timely manner, in and out!

  Matt and Rick were such a blessing to me and my children today! Words are not going to convey my thoughts and feelings adequately enough. It was a miracle that we made it from GA to Greenville, SC with only one of my tires blowing out. I was able to change that and make it to my parent’s house thinking I would go and replace the one tire. My brother and I called all around and Mavis had the best prices in town hands down. I took a good look at one of my front tires and realized it needed changing too. I thought the other tires were good enough to get me back to GA. Mark took time to really look at my vehicle and the tires and sent me a picture of what the inside of my back tire looked like and that my car was out of alignment and was rubbing on those back tires. This is what caused them to wear so quickly and the one to blow out, rip. When I saw the other back tire through the picture. I broke down. God got us to Greenville safely🙏🏾, there is no other way I could have made it on that tire🤦🏾‍♀️. But that now meant I had to buy three tires and an alignment and unfortunately I was not prepared for that. I was breaking down and Mark said hold on, let me see what we can do. Rick and Mark blessed me and worked with me so I would be able to get the tires and alignment. Rick said he could not let me leave on that tire and getting back safely was priority. They have earned a customer for life for me and my entire family!!! Because of there exceptional service, good will, and kindness I will be able to travel back to GA safely with my children tomorrow. God bless them both and the Mavis Tire & Brake organization.

  Made an appointment. Walked in pleasant check in. Was directed to the waiting room. Sat and waited for 2 hours. Walked up the front to ask about my car, when I learned no one had looked at it. I was then asked what the service was and the person said 'oh, we don't have a technician here for that'. I then asked, I've been here for 2 hours. She replied 'yeah I saw you back there. I asked where the person was that checked me in. She was very rude on why I asked. If you want a basic plug or tire repair that it the place. Every request during my experience was tire related. I wouldn't go back even for that due to service I received.

  Showed up at 8 AM . they were short staffed. but the manager whose name escapes me did a great job and was super friendly, helpful and professional. The mechanic team got me in and out and i was on my way at 9:15. I wont go anywhere else for my tires. excellent service.

  I will not be going back to Mavis after the Shoddy tire repair!!! Had a tire repaired on Sunday per their recommendation and waited for almost 2 hours to get that done. However, the low tire pressure sign came back on Monday morning and back at Mavis, it was merely dismissed as the person doing the repair not pumping enough air back into the tire. Mind you, the tire pressure was 21 when I went back , and being the “experts” in tire matters , they failed to even consider that their repair job might have failed!!! At the end on my work day my tire pressure had dropped again. Went to Pep boys on Lauren’s Road who confirmed the shoddy repair, and within 30 minutes I left with a new tire! I wasted my time and money at Mavis the day of the repair; Then got to work late the next day, and risked my safety driving on I85 with a leaking tire because someone was not thorough with their work!!! That’s totally unacceptable!!
