  Excellent experience!! Front desk/manager was super helpful & professional. The mechanic did an outstanding job that another tire shop was unable to identify &/or fix. I will definitely be getting more work done here including some new tires soon.

  This was my second time visiting this location, and once again I had a great experience. Lizz and Benji were outstanding. Lizz helped me complete my Uber vehicle inspection, which I needed for the very next day, and they were able to get me in immediately for an oil change—no wait and no appointment required. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything quick and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. I feel confident trusting them with my vehicle and will definitely be returning for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend this location!

  So happy that I came in to Mavis this afternoon. I had a nail in my tire that they were able to fix. I really appreciate Liz to welcome me and set me up in their customer waiting area to catch up on emails while Austin efficiently repaired my tire and got me back in the road.

  I have been to many places, and have experienced terrible service from most. People usually have bad attitudes, are miserable and don't want to help in anyway possible. This place is different because of one individual in particular- Robert. From the time I arrived to getting everything done he was on his A game. I booked 2 appointments- one for my vehicle to get a tire patch and another for my 80 y/o grandmother to get a balance/ alignment/ rotation. Robert saw us standing outside and took his time to go grab a chair from the lobby to take outside so my grandmother could sit. He smiled and made sure we were aware of what time we could expect things to be done. He made the experience truly exceptional. He runs a great team. Liz also had a great attitude. The way we were greeted and treated created a relationship that goes beyond tires and cars. As long as Robert and team is here, we will continue to keep all of our business with them. We have ALLOT of cars. The greatest will be the least. Thank you Robert, Liz and team in the shop!
