  Terrible service. We had our van towed to this untrustworthy shop for a simple tire repair. Waited all day to hear from them with no word. We show up to pick up the van and they had replaced the whole tire without consent from us. Their response was "Oh well we tried to call you". They will do work on your car without your consent and then expect payment for the service that you didn't agree too. Your miles may vary but this is exactly what happened to us. Plus when we looked at our call log there was no number from them which means someone called form a personal cell phone. No one answers unknown numbers and they didn't leave a message either. Avoid this place like the plague. Their business is predatory and deceitful. I welcome a call from a manager with an explanation as I guarantee you that they put one of the most expensive tires on our vehicle too. Pepboys will treat you better than these con men and that is saying a lot.

  Quick service and easy to do an appointment! I didn’t knew it was time to get new tires in my vehicle, Thank goodness I came here before it was to late

  Benji & Liz were wonderful and treat me like a VIP customer. Felt really happy with service and will come back again for sure. They were able to help me very fast and efficiently with a flat tire and made my day. Thank you guys! People like this you can't find them these days.

  Needed to get my tire patched. They were super nice and very efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes.. They reset tire monitor and checked the pressure in the other tires. Steve and Liz were amazing and I would stop here again for my tire needs

  The people here are very nice and I understand them being short staffed but when my appointment is set at 4pm and my car doesn’t get put in to get looked at until 7:40ish for ONE tire to get changed and when they change the tire they CAHNGE THE WRONG TIRE it’s pretty annoying. Had to come back the next morning to get my tire that needed changed changed but they didn’t charge me for that but yeah that was my experience basically waited 4 hrs for one tire change
