  Excellent and Quick service! Purchased brand new tires with warranty from another mavis location and came here because my tire kept deflating! Jared assisted me when I walked in with a small baby and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and honored the warranty! Awesome quick and efficient!

  Mavis Tire & Brake at the Greenville White Horse Rd location ALWAYS goes above and beyond with service. Many services are diagnostically free. I have always been given a prompt assessment of what is needed. If some service is not critical at the time you bring your car in, they will tell you that and advise when you should return to have it done. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Jarrett and other employees have always been kind, respectful and helpful. I will always bring my car to them when service is needed.

  I traveled from Florida to sc to go see a family member had a nail in my tire and this was the closest shop from where we were staying everyone was super friendly and helpful Javier was extremely nice and helped with any questions we had the whole entire experience was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a mechanic shop. Keep up the good job guys

  I called earlier and Mr.Rick answered the phone I told him my problem, can u believe it he pointed me in a closer direction, for 1 I think that's impressive for a business to offer up another business to help you out. However I made it to him and he welcomed me with a smile, he and his crew provided fast and friendly service!! For two MAVIS TIRES ARE LIKE CHURCH THEY OPEN FOR SUNDAY SERVICE 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾 THEY TREATED ME LIKE THE 1ST LADY ALTHOUGH I WAS LOOKING RUFF🤌

  Huge thanks to Javier and the team at Mavis Tire. He was kind, professional, and helped me save time and money by finding my warranty and explaining everything clearly. The crew replaced my wife’s tire in under thirty minutes and handled all my concerns. This location is a perfect example of real customer service done right. 8/23/26 Another outstanding experience with Javier at Mavis Tire. Today he fixed a leak in my tire and walked me through exactly what was going on. The service was exceptional, fast, and honest — I was back on the road in thirty minutes. Javier and his team consistently deliver the kind of care you rarely find anymore. They truly know their craft and treat customers with respect. I appreciate this shop more every time I visit.
