  Our service truck was at Whitaker Chevrolet and out of commission for 2 weeks while waiting on an air conditioner part. The service manager could not give me a specific date on when the part would deliver, expressed no sense of urgency, and they were not able to obtain tracking information. Out of frustration, I contacted Enterprise, our service partner to see if they could expedite the parts and provide tracking information. Enterprise was able to assist and emailed me when the part delivered. I called the service manager to let him know the part was there and he thanked me because he wasn't aware. Very disappointed that Whitaker didn't increase stock on air conditioner parts during summer months and the service manager didn't express a willingness to expedite and track the part.

  Myles was the Best!!!! Nothing about this experience could be improved!! We drove from Lumberton North Carolina for a truck and not only got what we wanted, we also got treated warmly and with understanding from the very beginning. We have already recommended Kevin Whitaker to Family and friends.

  In my opinion and with my 4 years + experiences with Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet,there is no better place, from purchasing new or pre owned vehicles to financing , services, repairs ,working with insurance claims and more. An extra special Thank you to Charlie for helping me with my new purchase. I will see you next week for more lessons, thank you for offering!   The experience was very pleasant. Christopher helped us get our truck a ram 3500 Dooley. And he helped us understand every single step that he’s doing, and every single process, making us feel heard when other dealerships did not. And worked with us on what to put down and what monthly payments we can afford he was very pleasant and a great personality and very friendly, especially to our five-year-old daughter. We drove two hours out of state to this Dealership and very satisfied at the we left. I would refer all family and friends to this location. Their financing department is also very pleasant and friendly, Mr. Rivera. Especially. Thank you so much for the great experience we’ve had.

  Techs are either incapable or just lazy. I brought my truck here a little while back and was charged $250 to resurface the rear brake drums and adjust the brake shoes. Early morning appointment, I showed up on time and the “techs” were not even there yet. All done I was there about 4 hours for what I was told would be around an hour for the work. The brakes squealed a lot after the work was done, supposedly due to the type of material of shoes that were installed. Not that anything was wrong. I just brought my truck to my old mechanic out of state for tires and general service. My mechanic checked the rear brakes and the shoes were very far out of adjustment, barely making contact with the drums, putting unnecessary wear on the front brakes. Now the truck brakes better and no longer makes any brake noises. Not sure if the drums were ever resurfaced like I had paid for, but they surely were not adjusted properly. Also their mailers trying to sell new vehicles are very annoying and never ending.
