  Had my second and last visit here today. Last Tuesday I ran over a big piece of scrap metal and had to replace my tire. Got a call a little later saying I needed to replace all the tires and it would be $700. Had the service done and was told when I went to pick the car up that their alignment machine was down and to come back next week. Keith let me know that the wear on my tires was due to alignment issues and to come back next week. I asked what it would cost and he told me there was no charge. Fast forward to today, when I went to have the service done and was then told I owed $113. I told them that was incorrect and Keith had told me it was included in the $700 I spent with them last week. The young man came back after a few minutes and told me Keith said he didn't say that but said the "alignment check" was free. This is absolutely untrue. Keith knew at the time I needed an alignment, but today wanted to squeeze a few more dollars out of someone who's already dropped $700 in their shop just a week ago. The young man was nice enough to give me an employee discount but frankly there shouldn't have been a charge to discount in the first place. I won't be back to this place, they seem dishonest and predatory.

  Just came back from one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. I was getting a low tire pressure signal from my car. Thinking I had a slow leak or picked up a nail, I dropped by Goodyear have it checked out. I was waited on immediately. While my car was being looked at, I had the most pleasant conversation with Keith, who I commented that he had one of the best “bedside manners” I had ever witnessed. After throughly check the tire in question including taking the tire off the car and doing a detailing inspection of it and my others tires, no problems were found. Which was good news to hear. When I asked how much I owe, I was told I owed them nothing and wished a nice rest of my day. If I could give them 7 stars, I would.

  Great experience all around. I called this morning with a unique situation. Have a 26ft boat that needed new trailer tires. The team here had me pull the boat right up to the shop and they had me in and out within an hour. Exceptional customer service!! Thank you

  Dear Jeremy, I cannot thank you enough for your good care and kind heart for 20+ years. You are the only guy in the industry that I trust which is why I always find you when you get transferred. Thank you for being so honest and knowledgeable. You have made such a difference and bring a sigh of relief each time I have an automotive concern. And now, you re passing on the same to my daughter.
