  Took my wife's car up there to have repairs done after an accident. I'm giving them 2 stars because the body work was alright but the experience in a whole wasn't. As I stated the body work was adequate but it also needed suspension work done which they sub out to roper mountain auto care. Immediately after driving off the lot the first time you could hear rattling, clicking, and popping in the front end. Called the next day and had to wait a week to get it back in. After getting it back the second time it was quiet for about 2 weeks and it started again. When I took it back up there for the third time they assured me it would get taken care of. This time I picked it up from roper mountain and didn't even make it out the parking lot. All they did was retorqued everything. They stated they could only do what gerber told them to do since they were the customer. Called gerber and dealt with the manager Randy Jackson. He was rude and acted like he could care less. After going rounds with him and the insurance i got approval for more repairs, that should have been done to start with, I called to set up another appointment. Gerber said they did all they were going to do to my car, that I'd have to take it somewhere else. So now it's at the lexus dealership with a long list of parts that need to be replaced that gerber either missed or neglected to repair. If you just need body work you might be ok but they won't stand behind their work. But if you need more than definitely avoid this place at all cost.

  Terrible customer service I would never bring any vehicle here between the misleading communications the mess they left in my car when I picked it up and the items in my car that were broken by them I will never bring another vehicle here.

  Great customer service provided by Karen and Deanna. My vehicle was ready an entire week earlier than originally estimated - which was amazing, even with extra parts that needing to be ordered and an extensive amount of work that needed to be done after a parking lot collision. Jc did an amazing job on replacing my Jeep’s parts that were impacted and repairing damaged radiator. I received daily updates via text regarding the status of my vehicle and the parts that had been ordered, which made a huge difference. The whole experience, which wasn’t ideal to start out with, was made efficient and easy by the staff and the quality of the workmanship, which was top notch. Highly Recommend!
