- MRMargie RodriguezMay 24, 20264.0They do great work, but one thing that's sits uneasy is the fact that they mark up the parts way too much. I just paid $491 & change to have an oil change, starter replacement, & the driver headlight to be replaced for my 1996 Nissan XE pickup. The starter for my truck the most is about $80 & the headlight is about $25 (I know this because I have purchased & replaced both my headlights in the past & they were $25 each). After taking 5 vehicles to them for service, I believe that their rates are way too unreasonable & unfair. My boyfriend likes them because they do great work, but I'm not too happy about the extreme mark up on parts, it's not fair, especially to reacurring good paying customers that provide a lot of business. It's best to buy your parts outside from them, & just get them to perform the labor, that's what we're going to do from now on if we go to them for any future service, or find another mechanic that will not gauge the prices to parts.
