  My fiance and I reserved a car. We get to the place to be told about a $300 deposit. That’s fine. We’ve got the money but was told it had to be on his bank card okay fine we were then going to leave and transfer the funds. We then went back in and asked them to hold it and they told us they had a busy morning and could only hold it for an hour. Mind you it’s 8 am bank doesn’t open until 9. They then told us they wouldn’t even be willing to go thru with the rental after we were both visibly upset. Sorry excuse of a helpful company and we will NEVER be doing business with them again. They are sorry and have now left us carless and with no help. We are also out $500 now so a huge thank you to enterprise for not doing anything to help anyone! I highly recommend the fountain inn location though as they have workers that actually will help customers. The Greenville location is filled with want to be “big men” and are childish and unhelpful.

  I had a reservation from 6/19/26 to 6/27/26. I had made this reservation a week ago due to already having a cancellation from another enterprise location. I made this reservation and I called several times during the week to make sure they were going to have this Large SUV 8 seats. The scheduled pick time was for 12pm, I got a call around 10:00am saying that the person that had the suv extended their reservation so now they did not have a vehicle for me. 2 hours before we were set to pick up the vehicle with numerous confirmations that they were going to have the vehicle. The manager did apologize and was nice and offered a other vehicle (mini van) that supposedly was for 8 people but like I previously said I reserved the largest suv because that’s what I needed. i had already downsized from. Ford transit which was the original reservation that was cancelled by another enterprise location. Its just unacceptable that two hours before we were supposed to pick up our car that it gets cancelled with no similar car. If you don’t have the vehicle available DON’T let customers reserve it, if don’t have the same or similar vehicle, don’t let other customers extend their reservation and then screw your other customer.

  I've rented from this location the last five years four or five times per year and have never had a negative experience due to circumstances I had to swap locations this most recent time and I have had nothing but problems I called this location and spoke with Jackson he was able to remedy all of my issues in a matter of 10 minutes

  Check in and return were both pretty smooth, easy processes. The amount on the site when I reserved the car was exactly what I paid, no weird hidden extra fees. Overall good experience
