  They had no parking for customers to leave their personal vehicle. They told me to park my vehicle at the closed down business behind them which did not belong to them. I asked if it was part of their property and they told me no. I asked if they would pay my tow bill if my vehicle got towed and of course they would not. They kept trying to get me to park at that location. I asked if one of them could park their vehicle at that location and let me have their spot and of course they would not do that either. We walked back inside and I was talking with them and asking if I could park at the end of the building on the front and was told no it was where they parked their vehicles for enterprise. There were no cars on the front of the building. I asked about parking in the corner by their sign at the road and was told no as well. The manager came out and very quickly asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation. He was very rude. I asked how am I supposed to pick up a rental without leaving my vehicle and he told me I should have ubered or had someone drop me off. I told him to hold on and was looking on my phone and the conversation was getting a little more heated as he was very rude. I told him to cancel my reservation and he informed me I would never be able to rent from enterprise again. With people like this working their and dealing with customers I will never go to Enterprise again. I went down the road to Hertz and they were great.

  Do not use this location. I had a truck reserved to help take my daughter to college tomorrow and they rented it out from under me. I checked in early gave them my credit card and whole nine yards. Makes me wonder if somebody got paid under the table for the truck. Shady.

  The service was fine but don't like closing hours and no one to reach for problems...had to pay for 2 extra days because I couldn't return car over the weekend.....lots of traffic delays coming from Florida omggg lots of stop and go traffic coming home

  (Staff is 10/10. Enterprise is 6/10) I had a rental set for 9/7/2026. When I arrived there was no vehicle ready, nor was there a single vehicle available. We had to pick up the next day and figure out how to make do until then. Even then, we weren’t promised a reservation. If I reserve a car, for a certain time, there should be one available. The problem was there were several “expected “ returns that ended up extending their rental, leaving the location with no vehicles. However Enterprise operates their extension policy should amend it so that a small location, is either covered with transfers ahead of time, or have the ability to refuse extensions. How many people were left without transportation because someone didn’t do their due diligence and make the reservation for longer? Even after the reservation not meaning anything, the drop off location being changed to an incorrect location, and my family having to pick up a day later, I want to praise the service we received from the employees. The assistant branch manager at 1500 Laurens Road in Greenville SC went above and beyond for us. She was calm, apologetic, and understanding. The day we picked up Enterprise system was completely down, and she still managed to help us and other customers. She exemplified honesty and work ethic as well as being determined to serve to the best of her ability. She deserves a paid day off or at least some worthwhile recognition for her professionalism and adaptability.
