  Had a pleasant experience last time I rented here, so I’m trying to do it again. I spent a considerable amount of time today trying to reach the local office. I kept getting call centers. I finally reached someone in the actual shop I’m trying to rent from. I wanted to ask what vehicles they have last minute currently on site that are available and what the rate would be. I was planning to ask a friend who was present to give me a ride to Enterprise IF they actually had a rental in my range available this afternoon as I had friends present I was going to ask to drop me off. The rental is primarily for an event later this weekend into early next week, but I was going to try to get something while I had transportation to get there. The employee on Laurens Rd said yes we have vehicles, but didn’t let me ask any more questions about which vehicles, daily rate as I asked or how long they are available. He transferred me back to the call center automated line. At this point my friends had to leave, so I missed my chance to get a ride. I didn’t want to get dropped off until the LOCAL office confirmed what they have and how much. What the call center or website shows as available doesn’t always match what’s in the actual shop. I had to give up on making a reservation until later. Really wish I could ask a few questions of an actual person at the local shop that would only take a minute as I’ve already spent tons of time on the website going over booking options and call center automated lines.

  Good enough experience! Don't have to rent a car often but my experience was very quick for pick up and drop off and everything was clearly explained to me about the rental agreement.

  Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. After being involved in an accident, my insurance company arranged a rental through Enterprise to help with the inconvenience. However, I’ve now been waiting in the office for almost three hours with no resolution. What made the situation even more frustrating is that while I was waiting, I watched multiple customers come in and out, successfully picking up vehicles—including some that I was told were “not available” or “still being serviced.” The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency from the staff was unacceptable. After an already stressful situation like a car accident, the last thing anyone should have to deal with is being left sitting for hours without clear answers or assistance. At this point, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
