If I could give negative stars I would. Showed up to get my rental, they told me they closed at noon. This wouldnt have been an issue if it was for I called 15 times prior to 12 to get someone on the phone and no one ever answered. So now I have no rental and no way of getting one, I had a reservation and they refused to give me a car. I will no longer use enterprise and will ensure everyone I know both personal and work wise uses a different company.

I had a Chevy Equinox. It could have been cleaner inside. The door lock sensors did not work - had to use the key fob to unlock. The rear hatch was temperamental. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

The vehicle I was given was in disrepair and not clean. Had to visit a separate location to find switch into a vehicle that was usable. I was displaced from my current vehicle due to a car wreck and this made my already terrible week even worse. Update: William from the Laurens Road location called me today to close my ticket. After speaking with him about my experience, he was very friendly and made things right. Thank you!

It went great, I had a reservation for a midsize suv and I got exactly what I needed. Staff was helpful and I will definitely rent from this enterprise again.

This was a wonderful experience. When my brother and I arrived to pick up a minivan, we saw a 15 passenger van. We asked if it were available and they were happy to let us switch. The manager, William, was super nice. He made sure I knew we could contact him with any needs and had us out in minutes. At drop off he made sure we enjoyed the van and again, had us out quickly. I’d rent from here again for sure!
