Braxton and Ryan gave me the pep talk I needed!! Even though their advice about college kids helped me, as soon as I had to leave him, I fell apart! Braxton gave me a hug when I returned and Ryan was super sweet!!! I love them!!! See you guys soon!!! Thank you to Braxton and Ryan ...... I think I want to adopt them as nephews!!!!! AUNTIE!!

- KFKeyera FergusonJul 28, 20261.0Car rental was unfulfilled had to find a different location to rent from 45 minutes away without the help of the Greenville Buncombe Rd location. They called me and delayed my time and the next day when I arrived they still did not have a vehicle for me, the best they could do to offer me was a Monday morning when my reservation on Saturday.. The office was closing I waited for an hour to try and resolve issue and waited for my ride to come pick me up.. Due to the delay of my vehicle I had family members boarding a flight and left stranded at the airport and having to rent another vehicle to get them to there destination safely.. What could have been better would be complete honesty about not having a secured vehicle and if not securing one else where at a different location so I did not loose a whole day and having to rent another vehicle separate vehicle for family stranded at the airport.
